Tried this place out because it’s a lot closer than Somi Somi in Ontario Mills. Their taiyaki menu is nice however the actual taiyaki is smaller than Somi Somi. Also, there isn’t as much filling per batter ratio as Somi Somi, but tastes good. Somi Somi is 5 larger taiyaki for $8.95 while this place is 5 smaller ones for $10.95.The cookies and cream soft serve is good. Costs $4.99 for a cup. The girl helping us was amazing and gave us a good serving. She was kind and made small talk while preparing our order.All in all, I would return here if in the area. But if I had to choose between these smaller ones for a higher price vs. Somi Somi, I would opt for Somi Somi.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options and toppings
The taiyaki was soggy and the taste was horrible, I do not recommend getting it. Nice staff thoughUpdate: I got another one…the outside was not soggy, the inside was soggy and the fillings taste very strange (not good i my opinion) and all taste the same. So far I’ve tried the: red bean filling, green tea custard filling, and the taro filling.

We ordered the dragon world and the Thai tea boba and they were both amazing. Parking is available since there's a big parking lot. There's indoor and outdoor seating and the store is right in front so not hard to find.

The first time I tried this place I was disappointed because the custard tayaki was so awful I threw it away. My husband wanted to try this place so we came again. This time, we order drinks and the taro tayaki. The taro tayaki was quite good, as were the drinks. I had the dragon world. I would order it again.

Omg the ice cream so smooth and creamy that fish is filled with nuttela and it comes with a pocky stick and a little stick has mochi so good you can do different flavors and filling also they have like boba drinks I
I love coming here for boba and Taiyaki ice cream. Service is quick and the food is great! They have reasonable prices and a cute atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!
It seems to be a popular place as there was a long line when we got here on a Friday night.The workers were helpful and let us try out some of the soft serve flavors as it was our first time. The flavors were good but not the best. The vanilla reminded me of the soft serve you get at buffets. They do offer unique soft serve flavors so there are many more that you may enjoy. I decided on the Matcha. It was the best flavor for me. Subtle and not too sweet. The Taiyaki was crunchy and soft. I really enjoyed it! I would return and just get a couple of Taiyaki's with Nutella filling. They have a restroom and minimalist decor. They have a cute stand that's somewhat of a photo op. I'll share a picture of it.

Glad they have this taiyaki soft serve over in the Canyon Crest plaza! It's a cute little shop, definitely worth a visit. Stopped by for dessert after dinner and it was just what we were looking for. They sell different kinds of soft serve ice cream with the option to swirl adjacent flavors. I've only been once but it seems like they rotate the different flavors around for different combinations. You can also add a filling to the taiyaki They also serve milk tea in addition to the soft serve. Their service is pretty friendly and bring things out fairly quickly. Solid option for sure

This place is pretty yummy, especially their taiyaki! I got the ube matcha swirl and my sister got the taro-horchata, between the two I'd say the taro-horchata is better. Service is also good, I'd recommend trying this place.

Hidden gem for sure. They have a couple of tables, bar style seating and outside seating in a little courtyard area. Parking is in a shopping plaza so plenty of space.Definitely worth checking out.
