Horrible service and the food was even worse. Seriously overpriced. The hype over this burger spot is not deserved. Floor was dirty, the soda tasted metallic as if the filter needed to be changed. The tables and seats looked like they had been rubbed with ham. Gross and disgusting. Screw this place.

First i tried placing my order over the phone because i know they take a while, but they would not answer the phones (this was after calling 3 times). So i ended up just going in and no one was at the front register when I arrived for at least 5 minutes. So as you can imagine no greet, acknowledgement, none of that and then the wait. The experience was terrible i wanted to give all 1's but I felt bad bcus it looked like there was only 2 people.

Well I went to Subway right next to Burger IM, but Google asked me to review Burger IM instead. ?No problem. They're sub sandwiches are great! My daughter also got a a cookie and a fountain drink that said "subway" on the side.They were out of Italian herb and cheese bread so I got Italian wheat which was still good.It wasn't very busy even at dinner time so we were in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!

Great spot for burgers. I really like their round fries. Mix between potato chips and fries. ? I love that I can get 2-3 different types of burgers instead of just one.

Never on time when ordered through Yelp. Meal said ready, when I showed up, it still took 20'mins. Food is delicious. But never ready on time. The girl up front even said it was ready, but they did not even cook it yet.

Kind staff, yummy fresh food and they sell dole whips! Larger than the ones at Disneyland and just as good! Looking forward to going back for the bacon western cheeseburger!

I went to the Corona location so frequently until it closed it doors recently, so this is our new togo place now instead.The service is top notch, I tried there mushroom burger and tenders for kids plus a few more small sliders which included greek burger and buffalo chickenEverything was upto the mark and i will definitely return here.Bonus it's halal.

Food wad amazing, we got burgers, Buffalo wings and chicken tenders. Finished it off with milkshakes and ice cream, they have dole whip pineapple like disneyland! Our server Sofia was friendly and quick to get us our food. She deserves a raise ASAP. Definitely coming back.

My coworkers and I love coming here for lunch. My favorites are the buffalo chicken sand which and sweet potato fries. Staff is always friendly. They have ample inside and outdoor patio seating. They also offer a small discount for healthcare workers!
