How the mighty have fallen. I used to love burger IM. Idk if it's just this location or not but they have gone downhill. The angus burger is a flat, tired looking, bland tasting shell of what it used to be. The fries were cold and stale. The menu barely had anything on it. The duos were gone, the fries aren't the same old round slices, it says 1/4 available but the lady said no that's only the chicken. It just was not the same as it used to be. I hate to say it but I won't be coming back to this location ever again.

Absolutely amazing. I'm blown away at how wonderfully tasty my burger and fries were. It's SO hard to find a delicious gluten free burger, but they did it!!

This burger was incredible. Spicy crispy chicken. Bread is very soft. Burger is not big. It's great size. Chicken is perfectly grilled. It also has some type of Mayo dressing which is tasty. Not spicy at all. I do recommend adding grilled seasoned jalapeños to this burger if you like hot. Lady Cook did excellent. Nina the cashier lady was very polite nice and professional. Ty for such a great burger. Waffle fries were crispy fresh. Very prompt service. The lady cook also made me those jalapeños after she heard me asking for hot sauce. The hot sauce is only vinagre type packets or Tabasco. Fresh jalapeños did way better for me. Enjoy

Ordered take out from Burgerim and it was great!!! I tried the falafel burger and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The texture of the falafel and flavor was so bomb. I typically don't like to order falafel from just anywhere because it can often taste dry or the consistency won't be right. This burger was just so mouth watering gooood. I'd for sure have it again and again. Sometimes it's nice to take a break from eating meat and choose the vegan option (unless of course you're already vegan). We ordered for a total of 3 and the others ended up getting the cowboy beef burger (no bacon) and the angus burger. They both very much enjoyed their burgers as well. Their regular fries were great! I tried the sweet potato fries and I truly enjoyed them as well. Their onion rings came incredible crispy! Overall everything was fantastic. I'd love to come here again.

Stopped here on a road trip and was honestly disappointed. I was the only one in the store and it took 10 minutes for my order of a single burger with fries to be done. While the Jersey mikes next door was cranking out sandwiches. The burger was nothing special and was kinda dry. Would not dine here again.

Tip- use 80% Lean / 20% Fat - The most common choice among hire better #Burger chefs - which makes juicier, more flavorful Burgers. If you see it as a higher fat mix, skip out on that brand since you find it greasy. Get good quality burgers and buns, fires , you avoid these reviews use fresh oil not used canoli oil and not just add corn starch to clear oil up-level up food taste terrible. (# adopt Wendy's fries get rid of them soggin fries- trash b. The honor of the best overall french fry goes to Wendy's. These fries were made with unpeeled potatoes, so there was a little bit of potato skin at the end of each fry for texture. just a tip). Tried this place last week and it was delicious! My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich and I enjoyed my mushroom burger! The employees were really nice and treated us well. We also got a delicious desert, churro chips with ice cream so good!! I appreciate the hard working people here. Thanks for the great food and service!

It was a Wednesday evening. I finally figured out how parking worked in this shopping center. It reminded me of all the times that I have gone to airports and how one needs to be responsible for that small piece of paper that the machine gives you. So I held on to that paper like my life depended on it. I frantically looked around as I wasn't sure which restaurant would allow me to peacefully pee without having to buy smth. After all, I had gone through hell to park there and all I wanted to do was let that Niagara fall run and head back home. I chose to go to BurgerIM. I walked in and asked the cashier if I could use the restroom and she asked if I was going to buy anything. I said yes and she gave me the key. As I was walking to the back of the restaurant, I was contemplating if I was going to actually buy anything or not. When I reached the end of the restaurant, there were two doors. One to the right which went inside the kitchen and one to the left which went inside a dark scary hallway. I went to the hallway and went to one of the restrooms and I must admit this has been one of the scariest restrooms I have been to. It was clean, however the roof was low and got me feeling claustrophobic. I was contemplating to go back but it was too late. I had put way too much effort to back down and went through w it. Then I washed my hands and headed back to the restaurant traumatized af. I mentioned how scary the restroom was and the cashier comforted me. As we were talking, I had to make a decision to actually buy food or make a run for it. I decided to try the food and asked the cashier what she recommended. I learned she was a vegan and she almost sold me on the idea of trying the falafel but I ended up choosing the angus beef. As I waited for the food to get ready, I spoke to the vegan and she seemed to be very cool. This vegan being was overqualified as f*** to work there and deserves to use nicer restrooms in my humble opinion. The food was ready and tasted amazing! I was mind blown on how good the food was. I also tried some ranch and bbq sauce and even the sauce was great. This is all thanks to the chef in the back who I wish I could give a shout-out to but I forgot his name. I dedicate 2 of these stars to the chef and two of these stars to Cara. This place is not the same without these two individuals and I'm so glad that I chose to pee at BurgerIM.
Trash!!! Burger was over cooked and about the size of my fist. Got the Greek lamb burger (fries were cool, so was the ginger ale) the 15$ I paid for it was regretful. Have had a better burger at Denny's (and they're known for pancakes and eggs) was still very hungry afterwards, the meal did absolutely nothing for me. Should've gone to Del Taco just a couple yards away. Utter trash!

Great burger place. Has a great selection of vegetarian options but their best veggie burger is not the impossible burger but the falafel burger. Came here twice and had both options different times and can share the falafel burger wins hands down with its size and spice mixture. Good place for a vegetarian to eat at. One negative was parking. It's confusing for a first time new to the area but they do validate just have to find the right parking entrance and exit since the entrance closest to the Main Street was blocked off due to construction.

What I came in here and there where no people. Not because of the food I tell you. Burger was hot salty and just a little greasy. It had plenty of mushrooms and cheese. Dam it hit the spot. Fry's where hot and tender. Looking at other items on the menu and pictures it should all be good. Great hide away find. Oh yeah they have cold beer also. Stop by you will be happy. Randy
