Let me just say this....I walk in it's Saturday eveningMy phone i accidentally left it in my friends car and i needed to call to let them know where to pick me up.I ask an employee if i may make a phone call..... The manager comes out gives me his personal phone to call an he takes me on a tour or their new taco stand very nice very clean great people lots of love put into it

Burritos Santana has some of the best carne asada fries in SoCal. San Diego quality with Tijuana prices. New recipe with fries made in house, real sour cream and cheddar cheese, and avocados sourced from the Temecula mountains.UPDATE: Burritos Santana has reopened. Same recipes, better prices. The kitchen crew knows what’s UP.

Love the Carne asada n carnitas burrito. Always made to perfection. Tried tacos de birria and they were very juicy and packed with meat. We love coming here.

Good spot right off the freeway. Open late. Some good Mexican food for those late night cravings of real food not fried/microwaved fast food.

Food was okay. Not very flavorful. Portions are good. Birria tacos weren't crispy. The lady taking the orders was nice. Hard shell tacos are pretty expensive. Wanted a side order of chips (only chips) to go with my burrito. She rung it up and it was $4.40 for chips, no salsa or guacamole. I declined the chips. Place also had a smell of bad plumbing or sewage. Prob won't go back.

45 minute wait for food at 11:25PM.Salsas and guacamole were very disappointing. None of it tasted like they use fresh ingredents/produce to make them. They are all very runny in consistency and doesn't have any fresh flavors of lemon, lime, avocado, tomato, onions... nothing. It tasted very processed with a strange tartness that doesn't come from fresh lemons, fresh limes, or even vinegar.Tijuana tacos (Street tacos) don't come with limes. The taste was mediocre. Not great, not terrible.Beef rolled tacos (taquitos) were good with shredded beef, topped with cheese. Luckily I asked for the guacamole on the side because that stuff was nothing you'd expect of guacamole. It was runny, creamy, light green sauce made with what tastes like citrus acid, not fresh lime or lemon juice.
