Nestled in the Canyon Crest Riverside area, Cafe Le Reve exudes the quintessential charm of a Parisian bistro, offering a culinary experience that is both delightful and authentic. From the moment you step through the door, it's evident that this establishment prides itself on impeccable service and exquisite cuisine.Reservations only for this restaurant adds an air of exclusivity to the dining experience. However, once inside, you're treated to a gastronomic journey for breakfast and lunch or brunch. The food is prepared fresh to order, ensuring that each dish is bursting with flavor and authenticity. One cannot help but be tempted by the aroma of freshly baked croissants, a true testament to the mastery of French pastry techniques. These buttery delights are impeccably flaky and simply irresistible, setting the stage for a memorable meal.In addition to their culinary delights, Cafe Le Reve boasts an impressive selection of coffee and cappuccinos, perfect for savoring alongside your meal or indulging in a post-dining treat. The cozy ambiance, reminiscent of a charming French café, further enhances the overall dining experience. What truly sets Cafe Le Reve apart, however, is its exemplary service. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Despite its small size, the bistro exudes a sense of homeliness, making diners feel like cherished guests in someone's home.In conclusion, my experience at Cafe Le Reve was nothing short of wonderful. From the delicious cuisine to the charming ambiance and impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Whether you're craving an authentic taste of France or simply seeking a cozy dining experience, Cafe Le Reve is sure to impress. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a slice of Parisian charm.

What a pleasant surprise to find such delicious French cuisine right here in our neighborhood. The front staff are very friendly and efficient and the food's absolutely amazing. I looooove the "Le Steak Les Benedicte" meal. ?.

Seriously, don't bother with this place. The absurd reservation policy is enough to make me never want to go back or recommend.

I've been a customer since 3 years ago and I've put up with their schedule changes and reso policies. I have to say, I really enjoy the food here, and that keeps me coming back. Excellent always, and consistently good French cuisine. I hope they get back the customers they lost due to the scheduling issues :(

My sisters brought me here for my early birthday brunch, which I chose. It's a cute cafe located inside the Mission Grove Shopping Center. The French toast was amazing! There's a crunch when you take a bite because of the caramelized sugar on top, kinda like crème brûlée. My sisters and I all agree that it was the best French Toast we've ever had!My favorite from all the Benedict's is the Smoked Salmon but they were all delicious. According to my younger sister she favored the Le Steak Benedict more. I've never had Pave Potatoes before, this was my first time. The potatoes are layered with cheese in between and baked, it was soooo good!!!

Arrived and saw a sign that said "Reservations Only" so I called from outside and they wouldn't pickup.

Beautiful local business, family owned, very very friendly service, and the food is so good, comforting, has a home feeling for sure. We went for christmas brunch and when we got to the door we saw that it was reservations only for Christmas eve morning and we were about to turn around but the owner came outside and still offered a table for us. That alone was an amazing start to our meal. We got the Brioche french toast, Le california, The Mediterranean omelette, the Croissant with eggs and brie, and a christmas eve (off the menu) quiche.

Wow what a great hidden gem! Amazing food, family owned and run, very good attentive service. I’ve never had legit French cafe breakfast food before, it is special. Also very good prices and generous portions. All around excellence. The space is small, so call ahead to reserve your table or you might miss out. Can’t wait to come back.
