Used to go there all the time when we used bottled water. Would fill up 10 5 gallon bottles each visit. Always bought an ice cream when we left.

Worst customer service in the whole world. Specially they guy, is super rude, he never want to help, always with a bad face. Definitely I prefer to pay more at Ralphs and doesn’t have the bad service.

I feel pretty bad right now. The only reason we found this shop was because the ice cream counter at Rite-Aid was 'out of order'. Thank God. This little shop with the premium quality ice cream was a total surprise. I had a double scoop (on sugar cone) of strawberry and rocky road. Spectacular! My brothers all got their favorite flavors on their choice of cones or cups and we enjoyed our post lunch treat. Service-5Food-5Value-5ROMEO

Ownership of the center is discriminatory. They evicted two businesses recently based on judgements about content during live performances. There was no nudity. No overtly sexual content. It was entertainment that was a little racy but broke no laws.
Any future tenants should be aware the management will make values judgements like it’s the 1950s in Idaho. What’s next? Evicting a restaurant for having hip-hop? Hateful management that does not value all of its customers, only the ones that fit their image of who should lease and shop there. Ridiculous.

I cannot recommend a mall that would evict a small woman owned business, a bookstore! This mall serves the local university of more than 30,000 students and staff, they clearly do not understand their customers

Ok lol I totally understand why everyone thinks the "old Asian guy" is mean... my son and I initially had got the same vibe. However, overtime we realize it's just his personality. It's not personal at all. In fact, he's now super nice to us. He's very reserved but once he is familiar with you he opens up. I know that's not the typical way to conduct business but I just want to put it out there he's not nearly as bad as it seems at first. I think the language barrier makes him a little standoffish but besides that he's a nice guy

F$&! THIS PLACE! Rude a** old man that has no business owning or working this business. This man was so rude to me for no reason when trying to get a smoothie while I had my 1 year old. Was raising his voice and being a smart a*** Walked out on him, but the sad thing is he probably doesn't give 2 craps. Sad. Don't keep this man in business. Humble yourself old man.

Been coming here for the past year and at first I thought it was me maybe exaggerating but today my husband actually went himself and experience what I've been experiencing for a while now the gentleman that is always here is extremely rude and unprofessional as polite As I am to him it seems like he's always upset my husband understands me now sadly this is the only water store around our area that carries alkin water j ust be prepared to not receive a smile back or a thank you back

I know it’s a water place but we took the kids to get a scoop of ice cream. We ordered a single scoop waffle cone and our toddler ordered a scoop of cotton candy in a cup. The woman helping us was so patient and kind. Full of smiles, our toddler adored her! The ice cream was a hit on a hot summer afternoon.
