Ok, the yogurt is what it is. There's little to mess up here? Service sucks when the cashier can't ring up a discount. First thing she says "get another cup of 4 ounces if you want" I'm like, that's not how this should work? So yeah, she's clueless and wasn't given the tools to make the cost what it should be. I come here twice a month. They have rotating flavors which is nice. They don't just keep the same thing. The people are nice. The place is nice. You don't come here to stay skinny.

Have been going to this location for awhile. Last few months they have gone down hill and have no variety of flavors anymore and nothing is ever working. They use to have holiday flavors and would look forward to seeing what is new and fun for the kids. They have the same 3 flavors... disappointed

Not much of a variety. No fresh fruit only frozen and the only none rock hard fruit was blueberries that were mushy because at some point were frozen. The frozen yogurt was also not the best tasting, I hit strawberry and it was salty and the tart one was not tarty just bitter. I recommend more of a variety of fruity yogurts and maybe add fresh fruit to menu. I came here because it was way closer than yogurtland or menchies since I live in mission grove, but I will probably make the drive out next time.

This yogurt place is too expensive for the amount of food you get. Some of yogurt items was liquid-like soft or melted when you pulled the handle. A sign indicating that it was still freezing should have been placed had the staff checked each dispenser once in awhile. I paid with cash and I got my change but I did not get a receipt. I wasn't asked if I wanted my receipt. Oh well there goes my food reimbursement for my travel per diem. The yogurt was surprisingly good when it was not melted.

Very clean! They are constantly wiping down the counters. They are very friendly and have a great selection of both yogurt flavors and toppings! We definitely found our dessert spot in the area! My son loves it!
If I could give this zero stars, I would. They were blasting inappropriate foul music. I paid almost $60 to be there, and my kids were with me. I took this video from my car. This is not acceptable for a family-friendly place! Also, the workers there are not friendly and are very rude! If I had to recommend something, I would suggest going to the one at the Riverside Plaza. It is way nicer, clearer, and better-looking. They also play kid-friendly movies and music!

All the yogurts tasted bad like they where expired really sour im sure they just keep refilling the machines without breaking them down and sanatizing them daily. This was the 2nd time they where bad. im glad i tried it right before i was guna pay i threw a full cup right in the trash where it belonged. Please either close up or sell to someone willing to put an effort in to there business cuz this is just being straight careless. And so we can have good froyo shop for this comunity!!! Thank you

The service was great and all but I expected better for the toppings it was only 1:00pm when I went in and majority of the toppings were empty and I was confused because the store was empty I even went to try to put on some fruit but it wasn't fresh
