I've never once had a good experience or a good meal from Chick-fil-A. My order is wrong every single time. The fries are always cold, and it costs way too much for what you get. It doesn't matter what location I go to. The results are the same across the board.

I was very disappointed because my order was incorrect and when I finally received it I had a fly in my Cobb salad. I called to make a report and no one ever followed up. A week has already passed.

i've resisted writing this for probably six months, but after the third time of being majorly shorted fries and treated marginally at best by the girls taking our order it's time to let the management know..chick-fil-a service, quality and consistency is always outstanding so i'm shocked when it's not & at least the last 3 visits have left us feeling underwhelmed..this was supposedly our "large fry". picture below..
I ordered the nuggets and noticed once I got home that it have fly larvae (eggs) on about 3 of them. I was beyond disgusted. Tried to reach out to the branch for days with no response.

Had Chick-fil-a once before and wasn't very impressed. This second visit didn't change that. Got the spicy chicken with a fry. The fries were ok, pretty soggy for my taste. The sandwich with the house hot sauce was still pretty plain. Was delivering to the college when my coworker and me stopped in. Both of us pretty much said the same thing. We'd stop in again if we were delivering and hungry but not a place we'd go to otherwise.Staff were very friendly and the location although busy was very clean. Only one register was open and the line was a steady 20 people deep while we were there. Did take time to get served but the service was outstanding.
