I was having a business meeting down the street. So I ordered food for 30 people to be ready at noon. I tried to call the store at 10:30 when they opened to confirm the food would be ready at noon. The call center that answers the phone will not patch you through to the store. I sent someone to pick it up at 11:45 and it was not ready until 1230. This threw off my whole meeting. When the food got there, the tortillas were ice cold and they had forgotten the guacamole. I feel like this was $500 wasted Completely unprofessional.

great tasting food! definitely tastes fresh. nice and patient employees. they just forgot the vinaigrette for the salads i ordered so i had to go back.Vegetarian options: there’s a vegetarian replacement for meat. also, all the toppings are vegetarian, some veganParking: limited parking spot in front of the businesses here. it’s easier if you park in the target parking lot

I went at 10:45pm and they close at 11 but they still had fresh and hot food. They weren't out of a lot of stuff and the staff was very friendly even close to closing time. People were still sitting inside eating and the staff wasn't rushing anyone to leave.

I have purchased a bowl here a few times. I normally get steak, tried the carne asada once. Chipotle is my favorite I know my order by heart and add a bag of chips. I can confidently say this is by far the worst chipotle I have ever eaten. The meat is extremely cold, at least the times I have went in. And also has little to no flavor it’s so strange… the bags of chips for the price m, is not worth it considering the chips are stale & there is a small amount of chips in the bag. Normally when I go to chipotle the regular bag size of chips is enough for me to finish my entire bowl and I have extra left. Disappointed and dissatisfied :( I hope it gets better soon maybe I will try again if they hear my concerns in this review. I would like to mention I live only about 4 minutes from the chipotle no time for my meat to be cold.. I have tried a burrito once from there as well and I can feel through the tortilla where the meat was because it was colder than other areas of the burrito :( I also add a Mexican drink for me and my partner and a few times got for my brother in law when I pick up for myself. Disappointed

My first experience was not that great, the gentleman making our food was so sloppy and didn’t know anything about the difference between the foods, I called and spoke to Andres the manager and he told me to go back again and give them another chance I said sure. So today we went and the Manager on duty I didn’t get his name, but he went above and beyond to give us the best service possible he made our food and let me tell you it was delicious and fresh! Thank you so much!!!

Chipotle is my fast food go to when I want something that tastes better than typical burger chain or fast food and I don't feel so guilty. They have slightly healthier options and the food is satisfying for a quick lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: You can get pretty much anything on the menu without meat.
