I was at an event last night where they had churros n cream. The employee /owner was working and had a really nasty attitude, they couldn't even be friendly to any guests. Declined service to guests in the beginning and mind you most guests were already gone or leaving due to their tardiness. I would give them less than a 1 star if I could.

Catered from this place and it was a terrible mistake. Originally hired them for 8-10pm for 75 guests. They were supposed to show up 30 minutes before to set up. They did not show up until 8:15pm, when guests were already leaving. We asked for a discount or compensation for the late arrival. They said we can do $500 even for 75 guests because we pre-made the churros already. They were packed up and gone by 9:07pm saying they served all guests. And started refusing to serve our guests in line. Attached is a picture of how they served their churros and ice cream at our event vs how they falsely advertise their catering packages and presentations. You will clearly note that is not how they presented there product based on the pictures attached.

This is a second time I have used this cart. The first time they were extremely late and claimed they would give us a discount the next time we used them. Last night, we used them again. We paid for 75 people. At 50 guest they stopped service and said we only paid for 50 guests? They arrived at 8:15pm and were gone by 9:07pm. They claimed they served 50 people in less than a hour. They are now falsifying invoices to justify their lies. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Don’t ever use them. They are sending me fake invoices increasing their prices. And refusing to answer calls/ messages.

This company is a scam. Do not use them. I do not recommend them to anyone. They showed up one hour late at my party . They charged me for 75 people but only served 50. They had a nasty attitude with all my guest. Do not use them! We will be taking legal action against them for not abiding their contract.

I really like the churros with ice cream there and the customer service was amazing. I ordered wrong cuz I didn’t know the name of my order and when i explained to the lady what i meant, she immediately fixed my order after it was made, and she even offered more things to add to my order. It was my first time there and it won’t be my last!

Waited outside for over an hour for them to open back up after a "20 minute break." By the time she showerd back up, her boss was outside waiting for her with the keys. My wife and i were too upset to even go in.never coming here again!

I was excited based on the pictures on site but pretty disappointed in the churros tasted like flour and the iced latte I ordered looked nothing like the picture and tasted like pure sugar no coffee. $33 for 3 drinks and a churro with small ice cream. Prob would not return or recommend.
