So we got there at 9:15 pm and a Carcasian lady was coming out with her order and when we were walking up to the door the employee who was Caucasian locked it and started laughing I told her it not even 10pm and she laughed and walked away most rudest person ever oh by the way were Hispanic and I feel like we were stereotyped there was also an African American next to us too and they ignored him too this happened October 16 2023 @9:15pm I'll never return there most rudest employees

This is our go to place for gourmet ice cream. I really like my customize mix and get it every time. Their prices seem high for a tiny cup of ice cream but the result is better than the store bought cartons. We don't go often but it is a great now and then. We are greeted warmly and served asquickly as they can make individualized custom orders -

I haven't had Cold Stone in a long time but decided to get some today. I tried both the pumpkin bread flavor and caramel apple flavor that are both in for the fall season. I ended up just getting the Cookie Dough with some crunch bars in it. Thanks Jordyn for the friendly and great service!

Been there 3 or 4 times, waiting in line for about ten minutes, and then they tell you either the milkshake machine is broken or out of milk , instead of telling the people in line that there machine is down or out of milk, or post a sign , horrible of the owner or the manager, if you care about the customers, send one of your workers to Albertsons, next door to get milk . Horribleeeeeeeee businessssssss, and price is high

Was on a second date with a guy and we had just left a movie and we were CRAVINGGGG ice cream, unfortunately we suck and showed up 5 mins before closing and jordan and melia stayed open just for us! They were so accomplished and definitely deserve a raise! Shoutout them!

I really didn't even want to give 1star? We used to go to cold stone often. But every time we would stand in line for at least 10 minutes? To find out their shake machine was broken.. we quit going until someone said their was new owners, we've have been there 3 times now and they say they are out of milk??? This is an ice cream shop how can you always be out of milk?? And Albertsons is literally 200 ft from this shop. The owner and manager need to make sure things are well stocked.. this is ridiculous to continue to be a problem... and when they are out of milk or shake machine is NOT WORKING?? Have a sign posted so customers don't stand in line for 10 minutes to be told we're out of milk or our machine is broke...

I come here pretty often but no longer. The girls were wearing their hair down and when I got home there was a long black hair inside my ice cream. Everyone in my home is blonde. I want to cry
I waited 2 days before posting this to give the staff and manager Shay time to correct their mistake. I ordered $42 of ice cream for delivery Thursday evening and still waiting for a credit. The order was not delivered. When I called Thursday night the staff member owned up to the mistake and apologized and promised to credit my account. It never happened. On Saturday I called back and a staff sounded stressed and customers were picking up and that I should call Shay the manager to rectify. I called. No answer. Left a message. No call back. WHAT A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COLDSTONE!!

Their times are wrong, this is the second time we come when they say they’re open and they are closed. We’ve came on a Friday and today which is Saturday which they should be closing at 11 for both days but its currently 10:20 pmand they are closed.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Madison behind the counter had absolutely the worst attitude I've ever seen in customer service. First she wanted to argue the store hours that are posted twice but both refer to different times. Then at the end another girl was ringing up the total, Madison finished the ice cream, walked over to her coworker and threw the ice cream flipping the ice cream over upside down to where her coworker apologized. Then she proceeded to start flickering the lights and slamming all the cabinets to make her point that she is frustrated. This is not how you serve a paying customer especially when all we did was ask about the timing. Will no longer ever go to this location ever again. They're rude and don't know proper customer service.
