I'm pretty hesitant when it comes to trying new flavors, but Emily did an awesome job creating a delicious ice cream mixture! She was very welcoming and helpful!

The ice cream is amazing. I was recently in a car accident and my sister wanted to bring me something to make me feel better. She brought me the most amazing cup of cookies and cream. This location is extremely nice every time I visit my order is always fulfilling. I never have an issue here I highly recommend this location over any location I've been to it's a must try a must visit and a must review

Usually this place is amazing. I come here more than I should but today was pretty disheartening. I ordered a pint with a few mix ins (normally I do the same type of order in just a "love it" sized cup)....she put the mix ins in and said "that's the normal for the cup size and I had to remind her that I wasn't ordering a cup but a entire pint of ice cream....to which she didn't add more of the mix ins for that amount of ice cream ...but then proceeded to throw away a heaping spoonful of said mix

Had great service from Andrea R. The location was clean and Andrea was very friendly and helpful. Prices are typical for this type of place. My kids loved the flavors that they got with the mix ins. Will come again :)

Went here Friday 6/9 around 5-6 pm. The girl did not know how to mix the ice cream mix ins, had attitude when we asked her to mix it more and this is the coffee lovers ice cream I payed $22 for. There's literally no mix ins.This cold stone is close to my house but I'd rather drive to the one 20 minutes away bc they at least know how to make the ice cream correctly. The employee definitely needs more training.

There was 2 girls working when we came in. It was 9:20 there was at least 6 customers In front of us. No greeting no, “we will be right within you” Andrea was the only one helping customers. The other girl was too busy trying to close for the night. I understand that it’s Sunday and that everyone wants to go home. I felt like I was an inconvenience to your business. Do better
