I've never been to this place, so I thought I'd bring my daughter for a treat. I had no idea how to order so I waited in line and as people picked up orders I was continually being ignored.... I can't review on the deserts, since I didn't get a chance to try them, but I will leave a review on the HORRIBLE customer service.

Purchased 6 cookies which were very underdone/ raw dough. I’ve had Crumbl several times before from other locations and have not encountered this. I called to let the store know and they didn’t seem to care. Unfortunately, a waste of money as we had to toss them.

Stopped in to grab one cookie and ended up getting six. I was in and out within five minutes..Parking: This part of the plaza is always busy due to all the eateries and the theater across the street. It’s always good to park elsewhere and walk around enjoying the scenery
