I go to this place a lot because this place is way better than Taco Bell first of all their food taste better they have better deals and they don't have a little dog that's their mascot and sometimes they have carnitas but I love the pastor it's the sinful meat, well I'm sorry we're all sinful haha but not only the Mexican food there they have a hell of a double del Burger add a little sour cream and it's perfect I would live there if I could... But I'm no longer homeless amen.
The manager do not watch the employees when they have the drive-through window handing you your food and using bad profanity words at customers through the window I’ll called in and reported it but I don’t know if the manager did anything about it how awful to run a business and not your employees using bad words in the drive-through and bro words I hope the general manager reads this because that was very awful last Thursday when I experienced that!!!

I love me some DT. I had to try the birria ramen, but it wasn't worth the 5.79. But I do admire the innovation, 2 stars. My Del taco was bomb, 4 stars. The bald older gent at the front seemed stressed out and condescending, he could've had a bad morning. Hope the rest of his day is better.

I just visited the location on Van Buren in Riverside, store #237 today at 3:41 pm. My husband and I drove through the drive thru and ordered two combo number ones. both upsized to medium. We ended up staying in the parking lot to eat instead of driving home and good thing we did because the order was incorrect. As I was reaching in the bag i noticed they were soft tacos. I ordered hard shell tacos.. I really dont care for the soft shell tacos. So i took the bags back into the store and let them know what happened. The girl reached into our bags and pulled out the tacos. Mean while my fries were still in the bag but my husband kept his. I thought for sure she would replace my fries after fishing in my bag for the wrong tacos but no. As the lady in the back was making my tacos i believe what maybe to be the manager, asked the drive through girl if she repeated the order. I dont think that was professional to do so in front of me, it made me feel like i was in the wrong. After replacing my tacos i returned to my car with my now old and touched fries to eat my tacos. Im hoping i was overcharged because i ordered the number one combos and was charged the grilled chicken taco combos. I am in the food industry and I would have replaced the whole meal no questions asked.

Genuinely disappointing that chicken nachos which cost more came coated in subpar taco meat. This is the third time our order has been wrong. We even tried secular orders just to make sure it wasn't too long of a list. Bring back the real staff, pay them better and drop these til tok weirdos that can't read. Seriously this was a really good deal taco
