Order the epic cali burrito and couldn't finish eating it the meat was dry and cheese tasted old my sons kids meal looked way more edible then this burrito. The fries are always on point buy this burrito was a disappointment.

The forcing to use the kiosk to order..this is not the only fast food restaurant that is doing this.. but if I'm taking the time to park and go inside it's cause I want to order/interact with a human being not a screen.

In general, i love coming here for lunch and dinner, I normally get the snack taco with quakamole in it with 3 packets of inferno sauce, This is the best fast food ever! It might be because I try a family owned one which they put love ? and care ?, We don't talk about the one up the street.

Here we go again, Diana claims she is the sister of the owner Robert, claims she is allowed to disrespect paying customers over soda refills. She speaks for everyone including Rita Reyes the manager because apparently she is the only one with a voice? I’m not allowed to swap my watered down drink? No I didnt save my cup from last night as she claims. Diana needs to be retrained on customer service or allow management to handle complaints so she not all emotionally triggered.

Staff is alway nice and welcoming. Restaurant is always clean. Beans are always fresh and that’s very important to me . Some restaurants try to cover up the rancid. Taco meat has great flavor.I don’t like the new kiosk. Not good for lunch rush. We need to keep our youth employed and out of trouble.Thank you Del Taco?

Excellent food and service, but much cheaper a mile up Van Buren at Wood Rd.They run a tight ship at this location and even when busy the service is great and the food quality is always excellent. I can't think of any mistakes with orders at this location in the last few years.The biggest downside is everything is more expensive compared to the other Del Taco a mile up the road on Van Buren. With the cost of everything going up, a combo meal being over a dollar more, value menu items 40¢ more, the two burritos for $8 instead of two for $7 at the other location, etc., if you can tolerate an occasional order snafu, the other location will save big families money.If they just charged the same prices as all the other SoCal locations, I'd never go anywhere else.Vegetarian options: Mix of cheese, bean, and veggie-based items.Parking: Don't park near the drive-thru if they're busy or you could get blocked in.

I drive out of my way to visit this Del Taco location. You're not going to find a better Del Taco unless you stop in Barstow on your way to Vegas. And even the Barstow Del Taco it's only better cuz they offer Spicy Jack Quesadillas.What really says this location apart is the people who work here. It starts at the top with Diane but everyone else is very friendly and provides great customer service.The drive-thru is fast and inside is clean. And not to mention the food is always great! I eat at Del Taco locations about 10 times a week, and when possible this is my favorite stop.

I just wanna give a shout out to my local Del taco down on Washington and Van Buren in the Stater Bros. shopping center. These folks work so hard in a world where they're doing double what they should have to do because nobody wants to work anymore but yet the food is perfect every time Today I probably waited a couple extra minutes which they always apologize for and it's not even necessary because it's not their fault they're just shorthanded but everything was perfect when I got it they're always friendly and it's always right! I always drive down to this one in lieu of the one two blocks from me on Wood and Van Buren because it's not very good. I've been there a half a dozen times in the last six or seven years and it's just not good every time so you guys down on Van Buren and Washington just keep your heads up and keep up the good work because some of us do notice and appreciate you
