Horrible customer service!!! I was on hold two times for over 20 minutes and their excuse was that they had to help the store customers first. After finally getting through I explained to them that I ordered online and was charged $102.33 and they said they would not make my pizza because they didn't get paid . I tried showing them that I had paid the money but they didn't want to hear it and said to deal with it with my back . I think the managers name was Isaiah or something like that. This place is horrible please stay away from them there is a lot better options like fiesta pizza or marcellos .

Food portions were wonderful! I think the pizza is okay, as well as the spaghetti, but the breadsticks are loaded with butter, which made them great. Calzone was my favorite thing on the menu!
I wish there was negative stars. Ordered pizza with no onions and put extra onions. Also forgot soda. Brought soda but nor pizza. Would not give a refund for pizza. Has really gone down in the last few months. Way better pizza place just opened up called pianos. Go there from now on.

We're new to the area and randomly tried this place for pizza. We immediately found it will be a go-to staple for us. You definitely should try the western bacon cheeseburger pizza if you're open to trying a non-traditional pizza flavor. So good!I didn’t rate service and atmosphere here simply because I didn’t dine-in and had someone else pick up the order. They mentioned only positives and no complaints though.
Hands down best pizza and garlic bread. Definitely not a looker of a place but those are the ones with the Best

DeMatteo's pizza is the best pizza I've had, and it is the best pizza you will find in Riverside. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the quality they bring. The pizza is generously garnished with toppings and biting into it feels like a pillow of cheese and sauce capped off with a satisfying crunch to a pizza crust that has been fired with experience.
