I should have listened to reviews. This is so bad! Food tasted like it was sitting for days. Not fresh at all. Quality is terrible in comparison to other Dickey's I have been to. Unfortunately will never be back. Establishment seemed very unorganized and NOT clean. ONE employee taking orders, working register & preparing meals.

I visited this Dickie's a couple years ago and was somewhat disappointed. A couple of years have passed, so figured that I would give it another shot...Wrong! I'm only bummed that a "0" star rating does not exist. This place was unkept, had one employee working who was less than helpful when placing my order, but I was determined to get some dinner. I feel like the poster child for that old saying..."Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Deciding what to have was kind of challenging after the first 2 entrees I ordered I was told that they were out of. After deciding on a couple entrees, and waiting what seem liked forever for my food, (again only one employee in the whole place on a Friday night at dinner time). I was given my food which I had ordered to go. Once I arrived home I noticed that all of the side orders had plastic wrap on the tops on the containers instead of a traditional plastic lid... and I am talking lots of plastic wrap! Needless to say it turned into quite a mess trying to remove saran wrap for a container of baked beans. But the worst part of this whole thing... was that the food was disgusting! ALL OF IT! Everything was luke warm or downright cold, the brisket was greasy and had more fat on it than meat, The ribs... at least what little bit I could Gnaw off the bone were cold, fatty, and tough, the mac & cheese looked like it was leftover from the day before. Having said this, I did something that I rarely do, I threw it all in the trash! I have had some pretty decent BBQ at other Dickie's locations, but not this one! It's no wonder that they boast a whopping 2 star review total. Hopefully you will have read this review before you visit this place and can avoid the disappointed that I had.

Ordered 3 meats combo, well only had 1 rib???..chicken, & pulled pork..got my food no chicken, sausage instead..when I went to let the chick know I Ordered Chinese, not sausage, the response was o I know...W.T.F...3 people walked in waited at least 10 mins ..NO service....And at $20.00 A HOUR FOR THIS CRAP...HOPE THEY GO UNDER..

Felt like something different tonight and Dickey’s came through big time. It’s nice having a local barbecue spot here in La Sierra. Had it delivered fast via Door Dash, doesn’t get any better (or lazier) than that ??♂️?Got the cheddar sausage and chopped brisket with potato salad on the side (good stuff), & haven’t even touched my Westerner sandwich yet cause I’m stuffed, will save it for lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend!
Store is listed as closing at 9, drove by at 7pm to pick up dinner & they're closed & completely dark inside.Edited: I've emailed a few times, no response, so thanks for wasting my time again.

First and last time coming to a Dickey's.Placed a mobile order for a sandwich and 2 sides. $14 for what looked like a kids meal.There was a teaspoon, maybe, of sauce on my sandwich. The depth of the sides cup was no bigger than the plastic spoon.The sides were mediocre, like something you'd get at a Ralph's or vons deli. They chicken on the sandwich was decent, but there was no sauce. Sad little meal.

Once I arrived to pick up there was one guy working there. The place was completely empty. Not a good sign for a Dickey's. The food was cold. The order was completely wrong as if they gave us what they had left and not what we've order. The plates where the food comes in were so dirty full of sauce on the outside. It was a complete mess. I order a pecan pie slice and it was hard as a rock. What a waste of money. I don't understand how this place is still open.
So I placed an order at 5:08pm today via DoorDash and I waited almost 40 minutes for the Restaurant to just Cancel my order...I tried to give this place a chance since it's supposedly under "new ownership".This Dickey's location on Riverwalk was a hot mess months prior when the owners of First Class Pizza originally opened it, and now apparently nothing has changed.I spent over $50, ordered a simple 3 meat plate and a pork rib plate, one soft drink, and a piece of pecan pie. No special requests etc.. If they can't keep stock or make simple menu items then they shouldn't be advertising their full menu on the delivery apps. ESP when they make you wait 40+ minutes before canceling your order. Read the other reviews and you'll see that I'm not the only one that has experienced this place not having anything in stock. I'll stick with Badlands or Speakeasy BBQ in Norco.

Their food is good..... If they have what you want available. I placed an online order a couple days ago around 730 pm for some ribs. When I arrived I was told that they were out of ribs for the day. This is the 3rd time that I have attempted to order ribs and was not able to get them. This is very frustrating as I can't count on getting ribs when I want them.

Updated to clarify my review. This was definitely at the Riverwalk Pkwy location that I had the poor experience. I'm not saying that they don't serve any bbq ribs at all. I'm saying that the day I went there they didn't have bbq ribs. And that was at 11:30am just after opening. Therefore my 2 star rating stands.

Ordered 2 double meat plates through GrubHub, and the brisket we ordered came cold, although I live 5 minutes away from this location & it was delivered almost right after I ordered it. Didn't like how the brisket was chopped, although they did indicate it was chopped while I was ordering it (no other option). It was also salty, and seemed like they were leftovers from the day before. The pork rib (singular, as they only give you one) was soft, but not seasoned/marinated so you had to throw the barbecue sauce on it. The mac & cheese tasted similar to the KFC mac, similar texture and everything. The mashed loaded baked potato was good in flavor, but extremely salty. I don't eat BBQ often, and was excited to try this place, but was left extremely disappointed. Most likely will not be returning; it would be better to spend your buck at Lucille's.
