We ordered around 5 things. One was a jalepeno and mushroom pizza but they gave us mushroom and sausage. Took 20 min the get through with them on the phone. Then they told us at first it would take an hr to redo it, then they change the time to 2 hrs.

There new location is over by theJurupa spectrum,I ordered 4 pizzas pepperoni, onions with Bell peppers with extra sauce well without saying to much I posted a picture you be the judge.

Absolutely rude phone operator who does not have communication skills and definitely needs customer service skills if he continues in this field. He answered the phone at 1:04pm on December 5, 2023. Completely ignoring my question, and being controlling with asking me to answer his question. By blatantly acting like I'm not asking a question. When I was the first one to ask a question.

Ordered three items.The cheese bread wasn’t cut at all. Literally just a slab of bread. The pepperoni was cut in an extremely jacked up way. Some pieces were cut into tiny little pieces and some not cut at all. Not to mention off center. The sausage pizza had random mushrooms on it (we didn’t order anything with mushrooms). There was definitely effort put in to mess up our food this bad. It’s been a while since we ordered from here but I won’t make that mistake again. Steer clear of this location.

The worst pizza ever 2 days ago. Large pepperoni pizza with so much oregano and seasoning too much red sauce and get this... Hardly ZERO cheese! The box full of grease. These Domino's on clay & limonite its not the same. I went back for another one AND THEY DID IT AGAIN. These time the manager saw it. I'm getting my ? elsewhere. Cooks are not following the original recipe. wow.

My pizza took over an hour an a half to be delivered and when we got it everything was cold. It was terrible. The wings didn't taste like hot wings no flavor and they gave us a extra cinnamon twist dessert with no icing which I feel you need but again cold so that wasn't good threw it away. I tried to email my complaint but I just got the run around so here I am.

We order 2 pizzas, I received 1 pizza and someone’s scraps. This made me question everything about this place. If the food isn’t being checked before it goes out. That tells me that the food quality isn’t either. I was very upset when I had to go back to pick up my food. The manager refused to deliver the pizza after their mistake. I honestly will never buy another pizza here again. The pizza we brought back was under cooked and was a complete waste of money. I need to get the DM number. I uploaded a picture of what I received. You tell me as a customer if you’re ok with that? Poor customer service and poor food quality.

Worst service ever. Ordered the day before 17 pizzas for an 11AM celebration luncheon. Party was planned and DOMINOS never contacted me about the challenge of not meeting the time. When I called to check on the order today at 10am, they informed me they could not fulfill the order until 1:00pm because they just received a school order??? Party starts at 11am and they didn't seem to care just said they would refund the order!! Basically they put me in the worst position with our employees expecting pizza, SO we called Sam's and they came to the rescue!! Had the 17 pizza's done in an hour!! with short notice to help me in my situation. :) For great service and great PIZZA go to SAMS, not Domino's.

Honestly really disappointed. For starters when we showed up they wanted us to go search for change because they didn't have any. When we got home which is 2 minutes away from Dominoes, the pizza is cold!? How is that possible? They also didn't even cut it I had to bring out the big knife. Now for the wings, the size of my thumb with a squirt of hot sauce. Honestly if you go on yelp they have a 2.5 star rating and it lives up to it. I didn't bother calling because previous customers said they honestly don't like the criticism. Dominoes do better.

It's Domino's Pizza. You know what to expect. Within those expectations, this Domino's does not disappoint.I live equally distant between 3 different locations. I come to this one because they are friendly, professional and competent. Do they get backed up on weekends? Sometimes, but they seem to do their best and remain calm and professional.
