A disaster. You make reservations for a specific time and they tell you that they are late and that you have to wait an hour. Why do they ask for a reservation????A total disaster

Great experience. We came to the Mission Inn, specifically to have dinner at Duanes. We ordered the bone in ribeye/ blackened shrimp, with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans. The sourdough bread was delicious, nice and warm. The green beans were nice and crisp. The mashed potatoes, great flavor. The ribeye was juicy and cooked to perfection, exactly how we ordered it. Made me want to eat the bone! The blackened shrimp was a little too spicy for our taste but good flavor, probably wont order that again. Armando and Marcos were our waiters. They did an amazing job! Very attentive! Come check it out. Great service and great options to fill not only your stomach but you mouth too. Open up!!!!

Food was exceptional. Rib eye and steak diane was cooked to perfection. Both were very tender and tasty. Mario made our dining experience one to remember. He and his assistant were available for our every need as you might expect from a five star restaurant. The ambiance at Duane's helps make this restaurant the best in Riverside. Duane's is expensive as you might expect any high end dining experience to be. We dined at Duane's at 6:00 on Tuesday March 26th, 2024.

Our dinner at Duane's was wonderful! Alberto Ramirez was our wait staff and was superb. He was so attentive to us with anything we needed. He made our dining experience fantastic. He truly should be promoted.

Without a doubt a place with a colonial structure, a place to dine and contemplate the place is very cozy and pleasant. The service staff are very attentive. The way of presenting wine. They are well cared for details. It has enchanted everyone in its great splendor.

First time at Duane's for my friends birthday dinner, service was exceptional and staff was very interactive and had good banter..I was recommended the swordfish blackened and it was first time having it and I was not disappointed, my husband and friend's husband had the 22oz Rib-eye and they were also very impressed..definitely coming back..

I had mentioned my daughter's birthday was the reason for the visit via Open Table, and nothing was even mentioned by the waiter, even when I said the birthday girl should order first. The wait staff was attentive, but nothing spectacular. The head waiter left the table with 2 drink orders and didn't get my drink order until he returned. The food was tasty, but not worth the price.

The food was delicious with melt in your mouth filets. All of the servers were super friendly and helpful. It's definitely pricey for the sides, but in line with other high-end steak houses. I highly recommend Duane's for a great dinner experience.

A $70 steak should not be tough. The onion soup was very nice. The scallops were cooked well. However, the seasoning was overpowering. The salads were nice. Good wine list.

We have been going to Duane's for years and loved it ! We went to dinner two weeks ago it was terrible the food was not worth the cost. Charging forty and fifty plus for an entree that doesn't include any sides. The service was just ok. They were out of scallops and there seafood consisted of swordfish which my husband ordered . it was awful a small little piece of fish that didn't even look like swordfish. We will not be going back it's to expensive for mediocre food and service I'd rather go to Mario's. If your charging those prices it should be excellent . What happened to Duane's?

My wife had Filet Mignon and I had the Ribeye, they were excellent. Pricier than Fleming's Tomahawk or Morton's Ribeye or Mastro's Ribeye. Fleming's my favorite because of the marbling. The music was drowned by nearby tables loud conversations. I enjoy quiet eating, elevator type music and soft whispers to my wife of 48 years.

My husband and I moved out to the IE several years ago and have always wanted to try Duane's but there was always a reason we couldn't for lack of availability or maybe just our time management.... We went there last night for Valentines nothing short of greatness, the ambiance, the food and our server Dean and assistant Marcos gave us top notch service and a great eating experience... we will be back soon The lobster bisque is a must and our filet mignons were perfection!!!
