Had a very good experience here, food and service were good, dine in, was clean and they were fast with the orders. The staff were very polite and they let me know about the fire grilled combos they had. Best Pollo Loco I have been to, will be coming back.

Just came back from a really unpleasant experience at your drive thru where I was treated so rudely by the big jackass you have working the night shift. (9pm on a Sunday night) He couldn’t even be bothered to greet me, just an annoyed “what do you want?” I get that your life sucks working a minimum wage job, but why take it out on me? After telling me he couldn’t fulfill a simple part of my order that involved chicken (go figure) I settled for less and got exactly what I deserved by continuing my transaction with this degenerate. Not only was my order shorted (6 pcs instead of 8), but it all tasted old and cold. I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
Service has definitely increased over the years. The wife and I have been coming here for a long time but the last 6 months have by far been the best. We find ourselves coming here constantly lately when we can't decide on dinner or just want a delicious mean!
I was there right at opening time. The young lady who opened the door was very nice, and explained that it would take just a couple minutes. The young lady who helped me at the register helped me make the correct choice to purchase. My daughter is recovering from surgery, and I was trying to put her request together from the stores vast menu, and the young lady pointed out the one I should get, and it was the right one. Excellent experience!

Got a tostada salad through door dash with no shell and pico and they didn’t put any chicken on my salad. They wouldn’t give me a refund unless I went down to the store when I’m sick and that’s why I ordered it on door dash to start off with. So I payed for a salad with chicken and didn’t get any chicken and fees for the driver but was still told to go down to the store if I want my food the right way. The workers are very rude when I called in and didn’t even apologize.
