And I thought it was because I got grilled chicken the first time even there fried chicken is dry. dry chicken in a salad or a wrap is a no go!!! And the crazy part is I’ve been there 3× in a week and a half.1st time I ordered a wrap the last two times I ordered a salad. The first time I ordered a salad. I paid $11.95, tonight I ordered a salad. It cost me $13 and some change. and then, after only giving me one 2oz cup ranch. So I asked for two extra and she was like I’ll have to charge you. I said it’s OK cool but I want to speak to your manager also so when I spoke to the manager, I brought up the fact that the last two times that I’ve asked for extra ranch. I’ve never paid an extra cent and I brought up the fact that the price difference between the last time and tonight when it came to my salad, all she did was lie, and when she seen that, her lie wasn’t working she started gaslighting me. Long story short, save your money go somewhere where people are going to respect you because we work hard for our money and go somewhere with that food actually does taste like something. You don’t have to order a salad cause food is greasy.

I come to this Farmer Boys often. I also use the 5.99 coupons. Their customer service has always been great. They have always gotten my order right!Recent visit: customer service was great.No longer take coupons like before . It used to be 1 coupons per order or combo. Now they only take 1 coupon per order or vehicle. Prices have gone up then previously. Now its 8.99 combo with 1 coupon validation. Also before they would charge my card separately per coupon but now they don't do that.
