Loved this place! During the weekends they have a DJ for brunch. The Michelada has enough protein to qualify as an appetizer. Margarita flights! We had the pork street tacos. So good!

First time here, great experience! The wait for our appetizer was short. I ordered the JEFE appetizer. The ceviche had a great taste, the flavors were really good. It also came with chicken taquitos and quesa birria tacos.. oh and don't get me started with the bacon wrapped shirmp! Great taste in every bite! Will highly recommend this place and I will visit again. Try the michelada! Great flavor.

Before Covid, I used to love the food at this place. I would always love getting the shrimp tacos and the big pretty drink with the flower inside. I went after Covid and I was so disappointed. My overflowing beautiful shrimp taco turned into a thin floppy shrimp quesadilla? They even changed the cup that my drink would be served in. The prices stayed the same and or increased, but the quality of the food went way down. The service is always pretty average. I haven’t been back and don’t plan to go. I don’t know what happened, but it was not for the better.

I walked by this place on a Sunday afternoon, and the music outside was EXTREMELY LOUD. I would NEVER try this place based on that alone.

Shrimp ceviche was so ono, taco salad was yummy and chicken was cooked very nicely and seasoned well, not bland at all.

Good food, pleasant staff, fast service, great salsa, and Mexican beer. What more can you ask for? Known for covered outdoor dining, but I used the limited bar seating on this rainy day.

It's a busy place but that's not what's bad about this place. It's the crack heads stariyyou down while your drinking or eating.

I work nearby and have stopped by for lunch a few times. The food is pretty great. This time I got the chicken protein salad and for $13 it was quite a bit of food. I’m 6’1 280lbs and it filled me up. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. I brought a book to read and the staff were nice enough to just check on me occasionally as to not disturb. This place is underrated in my opinion.

We only had a few days in Riverside and spent quite a bit downtown. We stopped here later at night on a weekday. It was nice to see them still open and so many enjoying their time here when a lot of shops nearby were closed for the night. It is pretty quiet down here mid week or when we were walking around anyway. We were greeted right away and sat at a table near the heat lamps which was great because it was pretty cold. We’d already had a pretty big dinner elsewhere, but we’re looking for drinks and maybe an appetizer. I’m a sucker for Birria tacos so we decided to split a pair and added some charro beans. We ordered a Berry Drop and some Beer on tap to go with it. There were TV’s on to watch as well if alone or up for sports etc. our drinks came quickly and let me tell you the Berry Drop was phenomenal. I could throw quite a few of those bags, but I needed to find my way home ha ha. The beans were probably our favorite though heavily salted. The salt was overdone on everything. The tacos were ok, but again quite overdone on salt. We didn’t finish the tacos. I did not enjoy the consommé, bummer. The meat was good though. I will say the chips and salsa were some of the best we’ve had. The chips were crispy, but light. The chips weren’t over cooked or stale. The vibe was fun, service great for the most part though we asked for an additional plate that was never brought and it took a bit to get our check because the employee was chatting with someone. The location is small, but clean. I’d definitely recommend for drinks and the vibe, but still on the fence about the food.

I've seen this place in passing, especially on the weekends when it's popping for brunch. Recently, a friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat for a late lunch and decided to try this place out, as neither of us had. We were pleasantly surprised! First, we didn't realize the inside was only a bar and a bathroom. They certainly make the most out of this small space + patio seating area (I love a cute spot to grab food!). Second, the service was perfect. Miguel checked in with us just the right amount of times, and even gave us space when we couldn't decide what we wanted (gotta love first timers haha). Lastly, the tacos and chips and salsa hit the spot. They don't skimp on the meat and those items tasted super fresh. Plus, the drinks were delicious (shout out again to Miguel for giving us the best recs there -- get the golden paloma for sureee). The only thing I felt meh about was the ceviche. The shrimps were tiny and it was more veggies than seafood. Just lack luster there. Overall, would recommend and would come back again.

Super tasty drinks made by Rocky! Highly recommend the Berry Drop and Watermelon Margarita. Service was great! Bathroom and general area clean. 10/10 recommend!
