Been wanting to go here, so on 12/07/2023 wife and went check online for opening hrs. It said 10:30 to 9:00 got there at 10:50 a.m. helped wife out of care went to door pulled it its locked employees behind counter working looked at us then looked around. so we walked back to car got in. i said i will never eat at any of these. Then heavy set Mexican guy came over to door unlocked it and walked away. he should have came out to offer us in. Iv worked the food industry and served famous people and catered large numbers of people. if you can't open on time you should just close your doors permanently.

My husband and I are never going back to a firehouse subs because of this Brickhouse location! Last night, a bunch of kids who worked there did something to our food after we got the wrong order and asked for it to be remade. Our simple sandwiches still came back incorrect, and my husband and I BOTH got sick.

First timer today, I picked up the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. It had all the flavor I expected for sure, seasonings and all. The bread was slightly crispy on the outside but super soft inside. Meatballs were perfect , cheese pull was nice. It's for a limited time so I'd go before it's gone. Perfect meal with some kettle chips, plus I ate for free today with my birthday reward. Nice

I love firehouse subs.. This is my first visit to this location. Walking into the store, I was greeted with a welcome and a smile. I usually always order a hook and ladder or club on a sub. Today I ordered a medium hook and ladder. It's a great sandwich and I always ask for an extra pickle too.. I am fan and yes I will visit this location again.. Thank You..

Oh.... it was probably the worst sandwich I've had in a long time. So disappointing. I ordered the Italian sandwich .. to go..... I only live 15 minutes away... and by the time I got home, the bread was soggy and didn't hold up. The lettuce was limp and had no crunch. Although the meat in the sandwich was generous, it was bland. There was no Italian dressing or flavor at all. I tried Firehouse sandwiches before at another location and it was good. I don't know what happened here.......

I just tried this place for the first time, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the blonde lady at the register immediately helped me and welcomed me for my first time. She was soooo nice and helpful, super friendly. She helped me decide what sandwich to try first and gave me her recommendations, I got the turkey bacon ranch and the Cajun chicken sandwich. Both of them were amazing. I definitely will be going back here especially for the friendly service. It's always so appreciated when employees come with good vibes! Thank you guys for that!

This was the first time I visited fire house subs. The establishment is very clean and really welcoming. This was the first time I use their app I didn't do it right so when I arrived, my items weren't there that was my fault so the owner helped me by walking me through the app and she was super friendly along with the workers that were there. A portion of the bill goes towards supplying supplies for Frontline workers such a great place to support. Will definitely bring my family back to try this place and recommend it to family and friends to come and support a local business.
I ordered the Italian with gluten-free bread. Got the combo for an extra $3.50. Total for two of us was $34. The meal felt pricey but was exceptional. The store was clean, the staff friendly and professional. I will definitely go back. The owner was there, but I didn't get a chance to ask him why the place was so slow during lunch rush. At 12:18 pm. on a Monday, there were two people inside when we got there. For such a good place to eat, it should have been packed with people. I'm rooting for their success!

The 1st time I tried here blew me away! Let's start with the welcoming from great personalities and welcoming smiles. The customer service from Ilene and Michael was / is class A! Now, hands down, this sub sandwich shop is by far "The Best I'd ever tasted in my life and in my opinion there is no competition!!!!! So if you haven't tried this place, I highly recommend it and I guarantee you'll be satisfied and coming back too. Firehouse Subs, you sure know how to put the hunger "Fire" out!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?

$14 for a 5 inch sub...$2 extra for "extra onions" there were a total of 4 onion slices on my sandwich... the girl, "Yadira," who took my order put me on hold midway through my order while I was still talking and didn't tell me...thought we were disconnected... unprofessional... there were no customers in the store, so I know they weren't busy... not customer focused, unprofessional and WAY...overpriced... wow...

So glad I tried Firehouse Subs. I got a Medium Tuna and it didn't disappoint. The bread is soft and fresh, tuna is mixed with the perfect amount of tuna, mayo and a little bit of relish. My husband got the "Hook and Ladder", we ordered it toasted but it wasn't toasted enough for hubby even though the cheese was melted. The girl was new so we excused getting a medium even though we ordered a "large", which he could have devoured because he LOVED it. :) My granddaughter ordered a medium meatball and she said they were the best meatballs she's had in a sandwich EVER. Pickles on the side were a plus. Can't wait to go back. The trip from UCR area to Tyler Mall area was worth it!!
