This review is disappointing to write. The FV location is phenomenal and one of my favorites I've eaten at for years. Moved to Riverside this year and was so happy I saw this First Class location. It isn't the same. On a Friday evening at 5pm it was completely dead. They didn't have Alfredo to make the great white pizza, so I got a large extra cheese. I'm not sure if it's different ingredients but it definitely doesn't taste the same as FV. I really thought I'd come here and enjoy it the same as FV. This location needs some attention.

Placed an on-line order for pick-up only to discover the restaurant was closed when we arrived to pick it up. The estimated pick-up time was 60 minutes and we got there within that time frame. Now reading reviews I see others complaining about the same thing.

BEWARE. I came here about a month ago and had a bad experience and was going to let it go. But I was told by a worker in another restaurant in that same strip mall that Dickeys BBQ and First Class Pizza, both next door to each other, are owned by the same person. So my recent crappy, burnt-dried food experience at Dickey's inspired me to write about what happened at First Class a month ago. It appears the owner of both places uses the same level of "care and quality" at both these restaurants. If the owner put in any effort at all to run a respectable restaurant, then 4 Stars is usually the norm. Like so many others, I wish I could have given zero stars. Not surprisingly, both Dickeys and First Class are 2 to 3-star restaurants (and that's after you get the warning on YELP's Dickey page that there may be suspicious activity where people are writing fake reviews for Dickey's to prop up the ratings.) Food costs are rising and restaurant prices are going up, so save your money and go elsewhere. When I was there a month ago, the worker behind the counter worked extra hard to avoid me, but I was patient. When I finally ordered and got my pizza, it was burnt with skimpy toppings. Maybe the worker was mad that I ordered and made him work. Who knows? Don't waste your money. BEWARE.

I called in to order a pizza tonight. I asked if I can order a medium pizza and he explained that they only accept large or extra large, I then mentioned I was placing an order online before I decided to call and there was a medium option. I'm 1 person so I really didn't want to order anything larger than a medium since it will go to waste. He told me that they ran out of medium pizza dough ??? Not sure what that means since it's just pizza dough but I strongly feel that he just didn't want to take my order. Then I said I was fine and I didn't think I could place an order for a large or xl and this guy hung up on me..... that was the rudest experience I've received in years. Safe to say they lost a customer

My wife ordered a simple cheese pizza from First Class, and it was burnt, dry and not even cooked all the way. Not to mention, there was no one inside and I waited a good 10 minutes for someone to come from the back to be greeted. Do not waste your money here for a terribly cooked simple cheese pizza that costs $30.

I ordered online, because i only had 30 mins available, when i got there i was told “they dont do online orders, but they would make my pizza if i showed him the order”….i had added parmesan cheese (and paid extra for it) and the guy told me “we dont have parm… ill add extra mozzarella “ (which he didnt)
The food is awesome as always, the manager was professional and polite, the hostess on the other hand was a bit rude, and put me off for several minutes, couldn't find my pizza or my name affiliated with the pizza, not the sharpest tool in the shed ?,, update, 10/9/2023, 2 years later,, placed an order,, online, piss Poor, didn't have what I ordered, received a text of cancelation, called and was told they were out of salad, and pasta, this is not way too run a so called restaurant, NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE.

It's good pizza but I think it's overpriced... - they charge for every tiny add on but ingredients are good and fresh. It's my second go to. My first is Anthony's in Corona

Their name is deceiving. Tried to order pasta then was told they don't have any, like okay then take it off your menu hahah. No wonder it was completely empty when I walked in. Moral of the story, if you want pasta, don't go here lol.
