The food is good, but the service needs great improvement. If you want your order customized DON’T GO HERE. As I made my order at the window, the cashier acknowledged my customized order, but failed to write it down. I never heard of a restaurant that didn’t respect what the customer wants when making an order.Another time I went there, the cashier was clearly irritated that I simply requested to add condiments to the order. If they don’t ask you the specific preference, like cheese, then your independent requests are ignored.George’s should keep in mind that customers may be allergic to certain ingredients, so they should take customized orders seriously.

The bread on the large sandwich was so dry, it fell apart with every bite. I would not order it again, unless they let me feel the bread first. The chili cheese fries were good, just a bit on the spicy side.

I have been going to this place since 1990 when Mr. & Mrs. George were running the business. The foods and the services are great. But just recently I ordered 6 orders of food for all my employees and two of the orders is wrong and I couldn’t take it back right away and I call them and spoke with one of the employee and told him that the two order is wrong he said just come on back we will replace that and I asked him , Do you want me to bring the wrong order back ? he say you don’t need to we will be throwing it away anyway, but I have it with me anyway and so after I got off work at 8:30 I went there and I spoke with this heavy guy he was gonna take my order , I show him my receipt and I explained to him the order was wrong and he was not happy about to replace my order , he gave me one order instead of two order and he said it wasn’t his mistake. He wasn’t here but he is related to the family of this business and I told him I spoke with somebody on the phone they say they will replace the two order that was their mistake but he yelled at me, he said, you are lucky I gave you one!! I’m not going to give you something free and I say it wasn’t free!! ( It wasn’t free I paid for it ! ) one employee must be spoke with me on the phone heard the conversation he came over to the cash register and he pulled out the receipt to show this Coco guy that was yelling at me , and told this employee, I don’t care, He said I will not take care of that. He is not just Rude to me but to his employees also. Coco, told me if you want another order, you have to come back the next day!! I said why?? He said I didn’t make mistakes when you ordered your food so have to come back tomorrow!! He was all upset and yelling at me, what kind of customer service is this? I always try help our local small business, but since they don’t know how to do business, I will be no longer want to give my business there any more. I don’t deserve to get yelled at when they take my orders wrong, I deserve to get an apology, and the one should get mad should be me when you hungry and get ready to eat your lunch and your order is wrong order !! How do you feel if in the same situation as me ? So this Coco guy needs to have a better attitude and a better customer service!!

personally this place is not for me food is super greasy and bland.*Update 03/18/24We think their menu is too much they should cut it down to just burgers and fries and even so their burgers are thinner than McDonald's... We wanted some French dips aka "beef dips" brought home one had a hair in it, and all of the "au jus" tasted like salted water.
