UPDATENow that I have visited GlasGlo serval times I would say that they need more plant based main dishes.Morning usually is limited by steamed veggies and pb&j’s sometimes a just egg scramble (that is really good), lunch will have about 2 options, and dinner usually has 3 options but as of lately it is only about 2. Some days the food is good and some days it is cold and flavorless. As a full time student and a full time worker it is hard to meal prep or sometimes even keep up with grocery shopping so I usually go to Glasgow or the other buffet on campus. Not having those options sucks because then I just have to quickly make something or order plant based fast food.ALTHOUGH where they do shine and I would even suggest everyone to try is their vegan dessert! Who ever is their baker is phenomenal and a master at their craft. Today they had vegan mango cookies and a vegan strawberry cupcake. It was so good I had to go update this for the third time and I bumped up the rating 4.Vegetarian options: Vegan options available

Coffee is almost always empty in the morning. Horrific. Vegetables are spoiled sometimes. Lacks milk often. Bones in fish. Bones in chicken. Bones EVERYWHERE!
