I was craving some Chinese food and this restaurant popped up on my radar. Typical Chinese takeout place near UCR, clean with friendly staff. Prices were ok. Sadly, the food is just ok. The freshly made fried rice wasn't memorable. The chow mein was better, slightly chewy with decent flavor. I got the BBQ pork and orange chicken as my proteins. The pork lacked flavor and was a little dry (maybe I caught lunchtime leftovers). The orange chicken at the Panda is better. Lately, the portion sizes of these kinds of places is all the rage online. They did have a good amount of food, but it was almost all rice and noodles. You get around the same amount of meat as PE. I might give it another shot, but for now I'd only go there if I was really craving Chinese and had no other options.

I've been to more Chinese-American fast food spots all over SoCal and the rest of the country than I care to count, and usually get their 3 item combo to get a decent idea of their quality. So my go to is all steamed rice (for a solid base and no other flavors to get in the way from fried rice or chow mein, which I will try later if I find the place decent) with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and BBQ pork (IMHO is the best way to gauge a restaurant's ability to deliver solid meats). All this to say that this place is by far one of the best I've ever had; the quality and cook of the chicken overall is fantastic, the teriyaki flavor is on point, the orange chicken is extremely skillfully done (unlike other places that overcook & make the coating too crunchy), and the BBQ pork is up there with some of the better ones I've tasted. I've looked for a great spot like this for years, and will go out of my way to come to this place moving forward. Kudos to the chef, great food!Parking: Small parking lot with several spots around the property. Appears limited and could be if all restaurants are busy with customers.

Several months ago my wife and I lost our favorite Chinese food restaurant, we have tried several other places and they just were not up to par but today we found our new favorite restaurant the employees were very nice very polite and very helpful, we tried their shrimp fried rice and it was fantastic we also had their teriyaki chicken sweet and sour chicken add their curry chicken everything we tried was delicious I’m so glad we found this place we definitely will be back, buy local, shop local, eat local.

Ordered beef and broccoli and literally got 3 pieces of beef the rest was broccoli. Sweet and sour pork was burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. Never again.

I've eaten here twice in the evening. The food has been mushy both times. I also noticed that the name on the receipt is not the name of the restaurant. I do not recommend this place.
