The customer service is immaculate. The server named John is amazing at his work and is extremely helpful and nice when you ask him for something that I had to tip him for his civil behavior. Please tip the goat! The only problem I have with this place is that it smells like a dump. The food good though.

Have gotten take out here before and it was great. This time though,I was disappointed. First off no ice for drinks. Quite a few items were unavailable including the Mac and cheese and funnel cake fries. The place smelled pretty bad walking in, kind of like sewage. Seating was sticky and dirty. Service was slooooow. We had to order from the kiosk and no cash. I had to input my own order and the kiosk still asked for a tip! What service did you render to deserve a tip? Took a while to get our food, around 30 mins. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back...

Food poisoning.Place was dirty all the tables had crumbs all over, smelled bad, wasnt busy and food took 30mins to make. Was my first time there and i left a tip just cause hey i get it tough times. Had an hour drive back home and followed up with food poisoning. Dont go there.

From the beginning I have been obsessed with Hotties Chicken. I have been a customer since the original spot was open. The food has always been great and the service is great. But unfortunately at this location things changed. The first issue I have is they seem to always be out of things. Every time I go. Something is missing. Then I walk in to order and I have to place my own order on a tablet and I get charged a convenience fee....who are you conveniencing? I know it's not me. And on top of it all. This hotties is more expensive than the one in chino and Orange County. Just crazy. Also the smell outside or inside (it's pretty blended) smells like sewer. It's gross. The food is ok but you can tell not living up to the great standard it used to be!!!

Not what it used to be. The owner looks unpleasant all the time. Workers don't seem to like it there (cook working that night was pissed and have seen many quit). And I made a little friend or two while waiting for the soggy pasty chicken. The upkeep of this filthy place is non-existent. The place needs fumigation, new decor, and a new manager ASAP before it loses business. Only giving a star cuz we ate SOME of it.

My fiance and I went there 07/11/2023, and there was no one in there but two male employees. They were listening to vulgar music and just sitting there. That would have been no problem, but when we sat a table waiting for the food, the table was super dirty with crumbs and really sticky. Literally, if you have time to sit there, hang out, and listen to your music, you should have time to clean up the restaurant first! And next time please play something that is a little cleaner.

It's Monday they're out of legs, thighs, and ice. The main reason I chose this place is to have an ice-cold drink and spicy fried chicken, not tenders. So the learning is don't come here on a Monday because it's the first day of the week and products and services are limited on the first business dayFolks are very friendly. I've only ever dined in once because the interior of the restaurant is pretty dry, dull, and weirdly industrial feeling. Food is great though and despite being a saucy hot mess, stays tasting good even as it get a bit less warm.

I wish I walked to the restroom before eating here or else I would have thrown my food away on the spot. Food was just ok but the cockroaches and droppings in the corners of the walls on the way to the restrooms were unacceptable. Floors were sticky and had wet floor signs all around despite the obvious fact that they probably hadn't been mopped in a week. Absolutely terrible and unsanitary. Who knows what's going on in the kitchen. No wonder it was so empty. Online ordering beware as you definitely don't want a place like this handling your food. Also, they're so overpriced for what they offer.

This chicken sandwich was like a delicious volcano eruption, tastebuds were obliterated but somehow screaming for more. It was so spicy I'm convinced the secret ingredient was lava. Ended up chugging milk for a week but, dang it, I'd do it all over again!-Eder
