Wonderful customer service!!! Alexander was so sweet and patient with babies. Cupcakes are delicious, and the funfetti cake had a nice little crunch from the sprinkles, which was delicious!!!

There are 3 things you want from pretty much any business.Price.Quality.Service.You can maybe lack a little in one if the other are great. BUT this place fails at all 3.The cake I bought was overpriced and poor quality. And the way I was treated while here left a bad impression on me. They were not overly rude, but it basically seemed like they were giving me the sideeye. Like they were annoyed I was there.

I visit this bakery every time I am in the Canyon Crest Plaza to get some tasty treats after lunch or shopping. I am not big on cupcakes in general, but that's okay because they always have other amazing options to try like macarons, cake pops, cookies, alfajores, and cakes in a cup! Today I tried what I think they called a NY Cookie, and wow it was delicious. They also sometimes have a savory pastry with spinach, and it's a must get if you see it! The staff is always super friendly, so overall I highly recommend.

I placed an order for my Husband's 50th birthday. I purchased a custom designed cake, cupcakes and macarons. Guests would not stop asking where I purchased the desserts from. Everything was so beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious. Their response time was great. I'm sure they'll be seeing more of my party guests and myself going forward.

While at work I realized it was my nieces birthday, I panicked and called up shops for pastries and desserts however no one had what I was looking for. I called Isabella's and Alexander assisted me with finding a cake that was perfect and helped me by handling the purchase over the phone and having the cake ready by 5:50PM so close to their 6pm close time. The cake made my nieces day a better one since all the rain ruined the outside party planned but Alexander saved the day. Thank you.

Came here to but a custom cake last month.I came here to support a small business but looking back I just feel ripped off.The price for this custom cake was around 240. I told them it was too feed 16 people. I feel the cake could barely feed 10 people. Unless they were expecting us to pass out little slivers of cake.I also feel that the quality was not as good as the pictures they post. Looks and taste wise, the cake was only ok. Staff was not that friendly eithe. Overall, I feel like I wasted a lot of money and did not get at all what I was expecting.I would advice come in to try their overpriced cupcakes first and then decide if you're willing to pay $200-300 for a smallish cake of that same quality.

We just had the most beautiful and delicious macarons made for my daughter's baby shower. They were able to coordinate the shell colors to go with our theme! I don't have a photo before I packaged them as party favors, but they had the most beautiful shimmer on them. I will definitely become a regular customer :)

Simply perfect cupcakes. These cupcakes aren't overwhelming they are delightful and light on the stomach and senses. Hands down some of the best cupcakes I've had. They're perfectly balanced in flavor and richness. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Family owned and operated business!

I really wanted to like and support this place, because the cupcakes look cute and is a small business. The taste is not there though (especially for the price), and the communication is also nonexistent. Management unorganized and frankly unprofessional. :(

A family member had brought some amazing cupcakes to a holiday get together, when I asked where they were from she said Isabella's in Riverside. I decided to stop in after work and wow the selection and prices are great. I was trying to be good so I only bought one cupcake, it was a strawberry shortcake cupcake. This cupcake was so good, tender, moist cake with a delicious strawberry filling. Part of me wished I had bought a dozen, but a bigger part of me was glad I didn't, because I would've ate all of them. The lemon and tres leche is next on my list. She has a special on day old cupcakes that is a mystery box of 4 for $5. I think I'll try that next time just out of curiosity. I can't wait to go back and try several other flavors. Staff was friendly and very helpful, first of many visits to come.

I called the store last weekend to find out if they had a specific kind of cupcake in stock. On the phone, the person was very helpful and directed me to text this number for a custom order, as the cupcakes were not going to be good for the event. The text conversation, as you can see, leaves much to be desired from the apparent manager. I shouldn't have to chase you down to give you my money. I found a wonderful, small-time, private baker to do the cupcakes, and they turned out amazing. I do not recommend this bakery for custom orders. Can't speak to the flavor of their goods.

Great instagram food place worthy of your photos, but it has awful and expensive cupcakes. I tried 6 different types from the tres leches to chocolate to white; I can't believe how dry the tres leches was and how plain the other flavors were. The owner described they make their buttercream from scratch, but honestly anyone reading this can get cupcake mix and make something better than this place sells.Again, looks great, tastes awful, and is incredibly expensive. Go to Casey's instead.
