At 11:20 Tuesday April 9th two gentlemen were attending the window. A man with short black hair attended us with a tattoo on his forearm. To whoever is management this gentleman had a kind, gentle demeanor and showed excellent customer service. I work in human resources in a parralel industry and found the other gentleman larger and of a lighter tone, bald, and had a hat on to be rude, disrespectful, and threw food disrespectful at his coworker. Not only that yelled at his coworker infront of coworker while the other calmly tried to attend to our requests.I try to go to great lengths to be clear who is who in this review as I think the nicer one clearly exemplifies the jack in the box standard of customer service.Thank you.

I went to the get breakfast she gave me lunch so I simply went back and ask her the I didn't order the #2 ; I ordered the # 22 ; she gives me the rudest face rolls her eyes and make me wait didn't apologize and just put the food in the counter and turned around so I call her and explain to her the money difference between #2-#22 combo so she looks at me rolling her eyes went back to the drive-through service And make me wait comes back and just put down the money, I was absolutely shocked of the service and they seem to be a normal thing ; absolutely disgusting and disappointed attitude they act like the employees pay the customers to shop there they don't get it , that they paycheck they get comes from the customers; not me anymore I am not going to visit this location anymore food is so expensive and the customer service is horrible why even bother ; and the sad part is that no one is going to do anything about it hopefully they close down soon so please if your going to expense money make sure you get good service I am going to share this with everyone I know

DISGUSTING! The old Mexican lady put her hands ALL over my curly fries. I watched her through the window. Then she tried handling my money without washing her hands. I told her what she did and she brushed it off like it was nothing. She is a gross old lady.

i visit this location rarely but when i so they always find a way to mess up the order. i just drove through and they had me wait a long time at the ordering screen only to tell me they dont serve hot coffee anymore... i previously worked at jack in in the box and i know this is not true. they serve breakfast 24 hours!! skip this location and instead go to the on up further on van buren next to albertsons.
