Honestly, I go to Jack a lot and this has got to be the prettiest andmost neat packagimg I've received along w awesome customer service! I went this morning to pick up my door dash order around 6:30 am and was greeted by the sweetest employee! Give her a raise! ??✨ Five stars ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My one complaint about this particular location is that they run out of hot coffee on a regular basis. Especially when I really need that coffee. How do you run out of coffee grounds?

I have been a loyal fan of Jack-in-the-Box for over 10 years, and I always looked forward to eating their delicious food and enjoying their friendly service, especially at the Elsworth/Alessandro branch. But lately, I have had some terrible experiences at two other branches, Lasalle and Iris, and Mission Grove, that made me lose my appetite and my respect for Jack-in-the-Box.At both locations, the drive-through staff were very rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. They did not listen to my requests, such as leaving out certain ingredients and putting condiments in a separate bag, which are very important for me and my passengers, some of whom have serious allergies. They pushed out my order, slammed the window. Not give me a chance to use my promo code and get rewards, which I think is very unfair and disloyal.These incidents made me very angry and to be honest sad, and they also made me doubt Jack-in-the-Box. I felt like I was treated very badly and unprofessionally, and I did not like being ignored and insulted by your employees.I want Jack-in-the-Box to take immediate and precise action to fix these problems and make sure they do not happen again. I want you to contact me through your customer care team and apologize to me sincerely and I also want you to retrain your staff at these 2 locations to be more polite, attentive, respectful to customers, and to follow their preferences and allergies. And I want you to reopen the Elsworth/Alessandro branch as soon as possible, because it is the only branch that has always met my expectations and needs. Lastly If you feel inclined to offer me a fair compensation for the unacceptably poor service I received that would be very much appreciated as well.If you do not do these things, I am sorry to tell you that I will stop being a customer of Jack-in-the-Box, and I will tell my friends and family to do the same. I will also share my bad experiences and feedback with the public through social media and other platforms, which may hurt your reputation and sales.I hope you will take this review seriously and act on it quickly. I still think that Jack-in-the-Box can be a great fast-food chain, but only if you respect your customers and honor your founder's Robert O Petersons' legacy.Thank you for your time and attention.

Ordered food on the app. App said it would be ready in 7-9 minutes. Food was not ready in 9 minutes.First time at restaurant. Dining room was a little dirty with some trash and waste here and there. They might be busy, the dining room was empty at the time, but they could find a few minutes to make the place look clean.Overall staff seemed cool, nothing to dislike. Guy at front welcomed me right away and helped me right away.Fried were fresh. Hamburger tasked just like a good Jumbo Jack. Food was good for Jack standards.Clean this place up and have food on app ready within 7-9 minutes and I'll give a higher rating.
