I'm very loyal to the jersey Mike franchise, but this one has upset me dearly. I'm allergic to mayonnaise and they really tried to scrape off the mayonnaise off the bread, like that's going to completly take it off... And the fact that I had to use my points to get this sandwich is awful

I have come on my lunch here multiple times and no matter how many people are on staff you will wait to have your order taken. they ignore you and will stand there talking. They finish their conversation with each other then take your order. I hate leaving negative reviews especially working in the food industry myself but at the same time it's a business and the customer service does not exist at all here.

Was just here the other day. Was first in line and waited 10 minutes for employees to finish up other orders without even acknowledging me. A girl with glasses named Anjelica ended up helping me towards the end of checkout. Worst attitude in the world and incredibly rude. Didn't wanna write on the sandwiches to differentiate and was talking under her breath the whole time. When it came time to ask for a bag for the sandwiches she had a cow and tossed it on the counter. She even barked at her coworker. Employees need to realize that the public sees all of this and we do have other options.

We really enjoy jersey mikes something my kids look forward to . However the customer service was horrible. Both girls were behind on orders which was fine but being rude is not ok. They may need to consider hiring more workers during lunch hour.

The person making my sandwich dropped the meat on the floor as she was cutting it, tried to rinse it under cold water and put it on my sandwich. This place is dirty. It’s a mess. It was chaotic inside and I decided it was better to eat nothing than what they’re serving. So so soooo gross. And a dude in there had a parrot on his should which was also weird in general. The employees got distracted and excited to see the bird in the restaurant as they were prepping food. Do notttttt go here, it’s disgusting.

So overall, I did like this spot. I would compare it to a Subway. The people working behind the counter were swamped with orders but kept a professional composure and intermittently apologized for the delay. Some other customers were not as patient and complained. Some just left. The food was good. I like the crunch of the toast white bread. The prices were, debatably competitive. I really workers keeping cool under pressure. I wouldn't eat inside because I wouldn't want to risk hearing negativity as I eat. The location luckily has a lot of seating outside. I'd go again. It might be a 20-30wait though if it's busy; work load to worker ratio has room for improvement. Hope this helps.

Waited 30 minutes for the employee to call her manager to see if I could use my coupon which expired 4 days ago. I am a disabled veteran who walked 3.1 miles with a walker for that coupon. I was told they were good until the end of the year! Can't believe you couldn't help me. Jersey Mike's doesn't care about good will or veterans!
So sad how unintelligent most people are here. Takes forever to make a sandwich, the guys are getting calls for refunds and no one knows how to do it, people are coming to complain about wrong orders while I am here for 15 minutes.Wow. Chaos.

Ordered 2 subs for pickup ahead of time. Picked up the order, they were running late. The bag was sealed, got home and only 1 sub inside. Tried to call the store multiple times to confirm if they had made the other one, so I could return for it but no one ever picked up the phone.

I usually come to this location and I have amazing service and everyone is kind and greets people but recently I had a bad experience while at register. A man rung me up for my food, and i have no idea if he was having a bad day but he was extremely rude to me and the way he talked to me was not okay in any way. I didn't catch his name but was a tall adult male. Came back more recently and he wasn't there thankfully. Thank you to the employees who do their jobs and are nice while they are at it :)

Jersey Mike's subs are definitely my favorite. They consistently offered a good product across their many locations, however the Riverside Plaza location has the best service. You are always greeted the moment you walk in and the employees are always smiling and are very polite. I've been going there for a while my food is always on point. I highly recommend this location .
