This location was the first Jersey Mike's I've ever been to and haven't gone to any other. The staff are always friendly and hardworking . Only complaint is its proximity to my gym

I wanted to go to this location over the one near a major shopping center since it's late December. Log onto the app, which I had to update, complete my order, and add the promotion. When I added the promotion it told me it was now after 8:30. Thinking they'd rather start making it at 8:30 than 8:40 (about when I'd get there and park etc.) when they close at 9, I call. The guy will only say "we stop taking orders at 8:30" and doesn't even acknowledge that I was in the process of making the order well before that, just repeats the same line. Then I ask if they'll still make the sandwiches if I go there. "Yeah if you get here before we run out of bread." Why did I get the feeling there would conveniently not be enough bread? I'm not insensitive to the need to pre-close, but that doesn't mean the last half hour you're open you shouldn't have to make a single sandwich. I wasn't trying to sit and have a 4-course meal. If that is how it works, list your closing time at 8:30 or at least don't be a jerk about your rules that make no sense. Anyway, I'll be going to the one on McKinley from now on.

I love this restaurant because the food is excellent and the employee’s are fantastic, specially Nick because he is so friendly and kind…I was at the front counter and he ask me if I need anything while he was attending another costumer, I just told him I want a fountain drink and he handed me a cup. I asked him how much is it gonna be and he said nothing, that it was on him.

I have the pleasure of living very close to this Jersey Mikes and come very often. If you want a sandwich loaded with all of the fix ins, this is the place! I get the chipotle turkey or the big kahuna. Online ordering is a breeze! My sandwiches are always ready on time. The employees are so kind as well. This location is the best!
