My daughters stopped by earlier today to get us subs. When we opened up our subs they were all wrong. She said the guy taking her order wasn’t really paying attention to her while ordering. He forgot one sub and when she told him he went back made it but didn’t even ask her how she wanted it. We all got dry sandwiches no mayo, tomatoes or Mike’s way. She ordered a chicken ranch and it didn’t even have ranch.My younger daughter just told us that while he was making a sandwich for the customer in front of them mayo fell on the order paper and he scraped it off with the utensil and stuffed it back in the mayo jar. Now I’m glad my sandwich had no mayo SMH

They have great food and service but i always find this place closing early. When I go at 8:45 and then close at 9 the doors are already locked. I understand that they need to wipe things down and clean up but closing 15 min early is just dumb.

Have never had a bad experience with Jersey Mike's but Taia (I really hope thats how you spell it) absolutely KILLED IT! Made me aware they were out of cold sub bread, but when I inquired about the hot subs, immediately asked what they could make for me and they made it fairly quickly. Overall Taia served me with extremely amazing service. Not to mention how good the food was too!!!

I’ve been to Jersey Mikes ALL over the US, this one is unbelievable. Super friendly, super fast staff. I’m in town on work staying at the Hilton, I order my dinner on the app and by the time I walk over from my hotel, it’s ready EXACTLY as I ordered it, and always fresh. Thanks Jersey Mikes!!

Fabulous service, professionally prepared catering boxes for a large volunteer group packaging donations to support Maui after the devastating fire. They were numbered and everyone knew what their favorite sub # was. Good to know Jersey Mike is very popular!

I am a fan of jersey mikes sandwiches. This review is mostly to express disappointment and frustration over the horrible customer service that you receive at the riverside location, near march field air museum. There have been several bad experiences but the most recent is enough for us to not purchase food from this location. My husband ordered food for delivery from jersey mikes app. They made a sandwich wrong. We called and talked to the manager on duty ( on 9/11) and mentioned that they wouldn't deliver it and wouldn't refund the sandwich. That they would remake it and we could pick it up however, that was a huge inconvenience considering we paid for delivery and now we had to go to the store and pick it up. This manager had a bad attitude and did not do anything to make up for their mistake. We plan on calling a store manager because this was a horrible experience and it just doesn't seem like they care to make improvements to their customer service. I have encountered some nice employees but when there is a problem with the order those employees can't do much to fix the problem and the people who can - choose not to fix it. I wouldn't recommend buying food from this location.

1 st time coming to this place in Riverside ca And their place is nice and clean. Customer serve was great . My husband and I will come back to this place and eat again. All the employees were nice and very helpful.
