They have great sandwiches and are very fast at making sandwiches. They have wonderful service. They also deliver themselves. Sandwiches are cold cuts and they have turkey, ham, tuna, roast beef, and capicola with salami. For bread, they have french, whole wheat and wraps. They also sell big aka giant sandwiches for sharing or if you have a really big appetite. My name is Selena Herrera i live in Las Vegas originally and I was in Riverside recently for work I ate in a little sandwich shop Jimmy John's that I absolutely love to eat at and I was having a bad day and I was just wanted to say thank you to a really awesome girl employee named Carmen who works there she has a great such a great attitude she made my sandwich for me I had ordered the club Lulu (a turkey and bacon sandwich) and she told me to cheer up and said maybe you need to eat something and you'll feel better so I did and the sandwich was awesome . She was so genuine with it Jimmy Johns Sandwich and I just wanted to thank her and for making awesome experience for me

I ordered the JJ Gargantaun came home and was very disappointed that it was something else. I look at the recipe the guy stapled on the bag and it was a #13 Jimmy Cubans. I really don't get how they could mess my order up and I wasn't about to drive all the way back. So check your order bed you leave

Honestly this JJ used to suck ass! But ever since the new management has taken over it's amazing! The store is open when it should be, the customer service is amazing! And the staff is very chill! Check out this JJ if your in the area! You won't be disappointed- again lol

This establishment is one of best restaurants I've been to the staff is amazing. They make you feel welcomed and the music and vibes are always so positive and chill. The food is freaky fast and fresh and the smells of the fresh bread makes experience More better. The staff always give great choices on the sandwiches and they recommended me an amazing sandwich. It's the #5 Vito with bacon and jimmy peppers with bbq chips it's my go to every time I go.

This is terrible! Both locations within 2 miles of one another - closed. Hours posted 11am to 7pm. Lights off. No staff in sight. No answer to calls. No sign to indicate "be back soon." Or "closed" Just empty. This is the most bizarre.
Need to update store hours. Drove all the way here to see a sign on the door that says "closed on the weekends until further notice"

The sub was great thanks to the manager for helping me decide for the first time on what to get. He recommended the manager special. If you try this place ask for the manager special you won't be disappointed trust me hands down the best sub, ask for Daniel! The vibes are great very clean place. Always getting the manager special for now on.
