Came here with my son. I prefer juice it up than Jamba juice and this one is close by me. My son got the large mango one and I got the melon one. Both were delicious! The young man who helped us was friendly, kind and patient as we looked at the menu. Will be back again!

Unlike Soledad, I have had nothing but great service at this location. The staff is always very friendly and I've never had a problem with my order. I've been getting drinks twice a week, no issues. I recommend this location.

The drink is self was pretty good but the service is super slow even though we were the only customers there. The girl that is suppose to be making my drink is on the phone making plans for after work. Only one working is the Hispanic girl with the nose piercing.

Today 6/10/22 I ordered a Large açaí berry bowl at Juice it up on Van Buren Blvd suite A12 in Riverside Ca 92503 .I paid $9.99 When lady asked me what I want on top I told her I want tree toppings of blueberries because large order comes with tree toppings! She gave me ice with a few blueberries ! When I asked her why she gave me only few blueberries when I ordered a large size she told me you said you want only blueberries! I told her I told lady I want tree toppings of blueberries she start arguing with me because I wanted only blueberries but I told lady I want tree toppings of blueberries! That's sooo sad to be treated like this ! To order a large size for $9.99 and to receive only ice with a few blueberries when I paid exactly how much they asked me! Sad ! I will never step inside that place

Ordered through post mates and order was just left outside our office to melt in the sun, not only did it melt but the lid was damaged, just a mess. Postmates customer service is the worst. The service they provide gets $$$$$ fees fees $$$$$$ which we all pay for the convenience plus tip $$$$ and in return they give you a bad service.

I’d been visiting this place for more than a year an today I had a terrible experience with an employee named Ashleen or whatever her name is she’s new and I never complain for anything even if my bowl or whatever I order it’s not what I expect it but today she told “ oh I’d been noticed the u order and leave for 30 minutes and leave ur stuff here and don’t tells us and sometimes we close early and ur not supposed to do that “ and I told her that when they make me wait for so long I don’t say anything cuz I know there new and it’s always them they been working there for maybe a month and I felt so bad cuz I’m a customer that I can say I go almost everyday

I feel like a got ripped off , I've always come to this location because I love orange juice and it's natural fresh orange juice , today I got charged 9.99 for not fresh orange juice and it tastes like the one you buy at the store for 2.99 , I'm almost 100% that it's that. So sad what's becoming of this store , I don't think I'll be coming back .
