I know times are tough but for you guys to raise your price from $3 a taco to $3.99 a taco you would think you would keep quality. I ordered 2 shrimp tacos and 1 fish taco. The fish was bland, the batter has no flavor. And the shrimp tacos they only add 2 shrimp to them. A whole taco with 2 shrimp. Really? Won’t bother coming here again. First and last time. Very disappointed.

Some pros and cons to this place. First, one of the best battered fish tacos I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant, service and food was good. I also tried the shrimp burrito. It was ok. I personally don’t like my burritos with the added rice and beans. Even with the salsa I thought it was ok. Overall, it’s a solid choice to try this place out

I recently dined at La Bufadora and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness of the restaurant stood out. The ambiance was inviting and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the ordering process a breeze.Now, let's talk about the food. The potato tacos were an absolute delight! They were bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. Additionally, the fish and shrimp tacos were a true standout. I ate a Fajita Chicken Salad, it was tasty. The portion could have been a little bigger. There was no knife. I asked for water but I didn't get it.

The buffadora food is amazing however the customer service is straight GARBAGE. I was on hold for nearly 12 min. I drove all the way there (still on hold) and not to my surprise they weren't busy. One person in line. I told the cashier I was on hold and trying to place an order for 12 min, showed her my phone and she just stared down to the store phone and hung it up (where I was waiting on hold to get my pickup order taken) when I asked her about it she just stared at me. Never apologized or anything ! Never asked if she could take my order. She just stared at me for a long time.... I finally just told her my order and could you imagine she had an attitude !? The food is good but definitely not good enough to look past many many bad experiences. The service here is consistently horrible ! The last 4 times I've been here there had been Missing food items wrong items given in my pick up order. ! When I called back to see if I could get a refund for missing food items they said it wasn't possible I'd have to return right then but couldn't because I had to go back to work. They still said they wouldn't honor it later. Do yourself a favor and dine at their other locations where they are friendly and attentive. I'll never ever come back to this location after several bad experiences. OTHER LOCATIONS ARE AMAZING !! Especially the van buren location !

The burrritos are awesome, the salsa is good but I normally regret it later if you know what I mean.
I never ever write reviews but I am so tired of having this happen to us and hope that it doesn’t happen to others . When the food is right it is sooooo delicious. But our last 7 take out orders have been wrong but by the time we get home it’s not even worth going back. When someone has an allergy and they still put that item on the food . It is so frustrating when you keep giving them chances and then this kind of thing happens over and over again . Our family has gotten food poisoning from them and still gave them more chances only to be disappointed. Tonight our take out order wasn’t even close to what we ordered at all . I have tried calling to talk to the manager as we would love to keep eating their yummy food but the customer service is awful.PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS CAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
