Hours say they close at 10 online and on yelp it says 9:45 I got there before the time listed and the girl said they weren't open.

Service is extremely poor. I simply asked my tostilocos be made with chips aside but got told I can do it myself, they would provide the container for me to pour in myself. Definitely not a great experience for a first time at this location

Came to purchase a single crepe and the girl upfront with glasses said she couldn't sell me one because they stopped making them at 8:30 pm. Keep in mind I've been coming here since they first even opened and have came 10 minutes before they close with my family consisting of 4-6 people sometimes, and have never heard them say they stopped making crepes at 8:30. There use to be other people upfront and have never denied us anything due to a timing. Even after I drove all the way down from the rubidoux area I had to come home empty handed. If they're adding this as a new rule I'll definitely stick to the other Michoacán's or Mexican sweet stores around me. Very disappointed.

The fresas con crema is so good, they have a great variety of ice creme, it is the spot to go to grab a treat. The area is kept nice and clean, plenty of seating. The reason for two stars is because ive went by, twice, around 8:30pm, and they turned us away because the girl cleaning said they are "closed" but yet the closed time posted on yelp is 9:45pm and online maps is 10pm. Suggest to come early.

Wow - consistently great treats that will not disappoint. The fruit waters, the Popsicles, the ice cream, the tostilocos....I've been a few times and have enjoyed everything that I've tried. Great customer service as soon as you walk in the door they welcome you with a smile. I met a young hard worker that with now doubt he will be a Great Boss. The place is spotless cleans and so are the restroom, so if you decide to eat your snacks there you will enjoy them as you would in the confort of your home. Bring the Familia !
Great service and amazing dessert and snacks! I've been to several other locations but this one seems to have the most options on their menu and they have everything in stock. We got several paletas for the family and the service was so quick and very helpful. The place is kept very clean as well. It's pretty spacious inside too with a few tables to sit and enjoy your dessert. The prices are also great. I will definitely be coming back!

Do not recommend here! Super rude staff! keep in mind I came in waited in line and when it was my turn the short brown Mexican lady straight up ignore me she didn’t even acknowledge me and skip me and took the other person order!

This location is horrible the closing time is listed as 10 pm but will tell you the location is closed meanwhile their open sign is flashing in your face. I usually love LA Michoacana but this has to be the worst I've ever been treated at a location. Reading the reviews now I'm not even surprised this location is known for this type of crap never come here again.
