The young man on the other side of the speaker wasn't nice when taking the order. I also had to wait in the 1st drive thru after letting 2 vehicles on the 2nd drive thru before taking my order. My French fries were cold along with my apple pies. I always ask for extra milk for my lattes because they are always missing about 1/3 of latte. I'm lucky I don't go there. Just passing by the area.The place wasn't even that busy. I don't get what typenof training they receive but it's nothing like in & out.Parking: Plenty of parking but be careful with the transients and Home Depot handy men.
If you can avoid going here I would! Customer service is horrible. Ordered from the app for curbside pick up and waited over 30 minutes for my food. Went inside to ask what's going on and got nothing but attitude. Stay away from here.

MOS Expensive McDonald’s in the area ………embarrassing, they have the most expensive Big Mac in the entire area while there are other McDonald's where the large Big Mac combo is only 11 and here it is almost $17. They should be ashamed that they don't support the community.

We were here on March 31, 2024.The burgers were terrible, tasted like overcooked butter.We then ordered coffee separately and ended up waiting longer than the burgers were cooked. In the end, the coffee was ready, they just forgot to give it to us

Gabby, one of the shift managers, should not even be working here. She is extremely lazy, always on her phone, and is always drinking Starbucks while the other workers are struggling in the kitchen. She even leaves work to go get Starbucks. She constantly complains of headaches to take breaks and avoid work. She is also rude and likes to curse at the other workers. So, all in all, do not work at this McDonald's; find another location.

Great costumer service from morning manager Monica, although cleaning chemical still make their way to the drinks specially coffe (look at the pic) and this.is not the 1st time that happens, there's an articles on the web on how a customer on some other state got burned throat due to the same problem
