When asking for your food hot & fresh employees/mangers at McDonalds don’t listen. When ordering my food I ask for fresh food can you drop it now I don’t mind waiting. I had to repeat my order 5 times because the employee they had in the window was high on meth . There not busy ! Now get the food hash browns are re-dropped , gave me the wrong sandwich! Orange is out , (water down) everything about this McDonald’s is horrible. The quality of service is trash. Pro tip fire everyone in there and start fresh. Signed a very upset , unsatisfied, customer!

I have never experience wrost servive ever at any mcds before I ask tbe female employee at front end for the bathroom pass-code 3 times and she turn her head and replaid back to me excuse you can ask please no need to be rude girl. Hum tell me if Im wrong by calling her out on this she was ignoring me and got offended cuz I did not repeted myself pleasing her...???

People working the drive thru seem to not know how to run the drive thru. When there's cars on both side of the drive thru they will take all of the ones to the right leaving people on the left waiting a long time. Go to a different location for faster

This McDonalds treats their customers like criminals because they not only have one of those ridiculous restroom locks with codes but they won’t give out the code. They abuse their workers by making them walk to unlock the restroom each time. They’re slow too. There was a crowd of 10 people waiting for their food

This McDonald's is the worst. They make you do everything by kiosk when they have people standing around. The worker helps people touches everything with gloves on (including letting people I to the restroom) then goes and assembles orders. I will not be returning to McDonald's l don't work

Am a caregiver my clients was in Kaiser hospital need an order I got there door was open I came in and was told drive thru only I didn't had a car it was parked at the valet parking I showed them the receipt and said no they could not take my order as I was leaving a truck driver when inside and picked up his orderExtremely upsetting my client getting chemo treatment she needed something to eat employee as the manager and she just said no

It’s a whole WRONG BURGER!!! Not an argument, and I gave you the recipe to show you it was wrong. No name tags, no name would be given to me, the number on the receipt is wrong too.
