Ordered drive-thru and two happy meals. I asked for no salt for both fries and they were salted when I taste tested before I fed my daughter. Thing is, I was told to wait a minute for the "no salt fries" and was looked in the eye while told. I put some trust in the employees to ensure my order is exact to my liking but to be immature and lie over something simple is not acceptable. No need to return to this location.

Drive thru, hadn't had a quarter pounder in year, hot fresh cheese and bacon yum fries didn't disappoint. Hate to say it but nope to the breakfast steak sandwich. Not bad flavor with the grilled onion but texture all wrong some sort of ground formed steak patty. Too expensive for what it was .
Since when did a soggy patty stale bun unmelted cheese, happy meal cost 10.19 after taxes, after I stood back re-evaluated the menu I begin to notice this particular McDonald’s has inflated their prices, not only that I begin t see spot of gold cards at the register being slid, hmmmmmm so they accept ebt, predominately the outside of the restaurant the homeless are hanging out, so I’m left to believe the prices are raised because they can now prey on the homeless meal program and take their money,that’s sad, I asked for my money back because my 2 year old refused to eat her happy meal , took the cash next door and got chick fila

Rollercoaster of FrustrationI recently swung by this McDonald’s on Day St. in Moreno Valley, CA, and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of frustration. ?Ordering Chaos: Picture this: I’m juggling my daughter’s hunger, her job, and her college classes. We’re in a rush, and I’m counting on McDonald’s to be our savior. But the lady at the counter? She was a one-woman chaos machine. Rude, overwhelmed, and incapable of multitasking. I half-expected her to break into interpretive dance just to complete our order.Window Slam: Finally got through that chaos, got my receipt, and as I'm trying to ask for condiments, she slams the window shut like she’s auditioning for a WWE match. I’m left there, condiment-less and bewildered. .At the next window, the lady is no better, she thrusts our food at us like she’s passing a baton in a relay race at the Olympics. No chance to get a word on & ask for ketchup or napkins. Apparently, they’re on a strict “condiments by request only” policy. Newsflash: I’m not a mind reader; I just want my dang ketchup! Not cool, McDonald’s. Not cool!!Recommendation: McDonald’s, basic courtesy and Customer Service IS NOT optional.Step up your game! ??Train your staff better, and maybe—just maybe—throw in a smile or two?
