Food was ok, our server was good but the people in the front horrible did not ask for my phone number to put me on the list just my name, claimed to have called my name 6 times but never did I waited for 40 minutes to get a table, 15 minutes after I was there I did go up to ask the status and another girl said I had 6 people ahead of me but that was not accurate then decided to go up again to ask the status and they told me I was not on the list since there was no response after they claimed to call my name so many times, bad customer services is what stops people from ever going back a more mature person should be in front of the restaurant all these little girls are so rude and try to blame you for their mistake, will never be back again.

Norm’s year after year has given me and my family the best service, delicious food, and really good service. The bus boy was super friendly, every waitress is fast and efficient. And we have come at all hours of the day because they are open 24/7 and still….the service and quality of food is always consistent. My favorite item on the menu is their chilaquiles with eggs over easy. I remember hearing a year ago that the chef makes the salsa from scratch, that must be why I LOVE the flavor of the sauce. Thank you guys for having great prices for your food and a big thank you for the great service!!!!!

Got to the establishment at around 12:23, we ordered then waited and waited and waited...for about 50 mins we didn't get our food around 1:25. She handed everyone their food and me pancakes not the ones I ordered the chocolate chip ones you guys know how everyone and the picture shows that they have chocolate chips on the inside I make it aware they are the wrong ones and she takes them back and leaves a moment later she comes out with my food and "chocolate chip pancakes" all they did was sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle on them and called it a day as if I'm not paying for this. My bacon and my hashbrowns were burnt and half my food was cold when it came out. People were nice but nice don't make up for horrible food!!!!'

Stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. Had the T-bone steak and eggs over medium with pancakes and it did not disappoint. Food was good. Service was excellent. I was craving Norms and this hit the spot. My steak was juicy and flavorful. My pancakes fluffy and with that butter and syrup...dayum!! My server was attentive and very professional.
