The practice of slipping in automatic gratuity in spite of the fact that the service provided was rude and passive aggressive is wrong and felt like a ripoff. placing an automatic tip of $11.00 on a $45 order feels forced and like it was taken from me without my permission. I encourage anyone who is billed this way to pay with a credit card not a debit card and do a chargeback if they don’t want to reduce the tip or remove it.Tip is OPTIONAL .You , the restaurant. NOBODY IS entitled to gratuity.One star service because extracting tip like that from people is rude and disrespectful. Hope they’re not still adding automatic tip like a bunch of greedy entitled people. If they add tip to your bill, don’t pay it. You’re not obligated. Under state law. Avoid greedy entitled places like this.Dispute the added tip on your card if they make it difficult. Avoid greedy businesses that take advantage of peoples sense of good will and generosity.never going back to this place. period.

First time visit and had a great experience. The quality of what we got was amazing. We ordered 4 different rolls and a shrimp tempura dinner plate. We had left over food as well. Portions were good, customer service was good, and it was fairly busy. We went on a holiday and they were still open and doing well. The variety of rolls to choose from is plentiful.

If you're looking for an all you can eat, this is not it. It is no longer offered. Sushi was ok but teriyaki salmon is served in a small portion.

The service here is horrible if you black we were the only ones in here who did not get greeted welcoming the first Lady who was supposed to take our order brought water and did not come back so I asked a different waiter if she can take our order and she had a attitude from the start o have not been here before and there was a paper I guess you are supposed to fill out I asked her if we need to or can i just tell you what I want and her reply was it would have been better if you would've filled it out but I guess I can take your order people who came after us were served before us she never came back to ask if we were good or to see if we needed a refill maybe another order beside the food being good i would not recommend coming here because of the service and how we were treated

Incredible sushi. However, they automatically charged a 15% gratuity. My waiter never refilled my water and did not ask if I needed anything. Why should any waiter work hard when they automatically get a 15% tip?

This restaurant is clean fast efficient friendly and the food is delicious. Our sushi rolls today were larger than average and packed with fresh fish then topped with amazing sauces and ingredients. My sister and I had a great time at lunch. The only thing I would suggest to the owners for the future is that you make your guests aware that there is a Gratuity added to the bill automatically... I'm sure that gets by your patrons and it also sets a ceiling where we felt our server and the kitchen deserved more for that experience that they delivered. When you cap the gratuity Automatically, we are happy to pay our bill and leave since it wasn't up to us to tip on the service and experience in the first place. It definitely Left a sour taste in our mouths and we both in and have been in the industry as consultants and understand all takes on the situation. We felt like it was unfair to all parties. Thank you for having us.

Heads up, GRATUITY IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED EVEN IF IT’S NOT A PARTY OF 8 PEOPLE OR EVEN IF IT IS A TAKE OUT ORDER.It was a table of 3 people and they added a $10.31 gratuity on our bill. You can either leave it as is or ask them to take off the extra charge. They should at least let the customers know about this.This place is okay-ish. Used to be way better.Service wise, they’ll come to you when you’re ready for your order, but as soon as they drop off everything, they won’t come back to check up on you. You’d have to flag them down to get anything that one might need.
