Sip club member which is a good deal, but by removing drink cups & caffinated drinks from self service, having to see a clerk (short handed & often too busy with others just to ask for a cup) less user friendly. Sometimes kiosks are down or too many others using them. I like to go in, get my drink, & get out. Also last pastry I had was too tough & chewy.

Great spot to enjoy a meet up with friends easy order process. Friendly and helpful staff. It gets busy but the seating area is kept clean. If needed to use the restroom during your visit you will need a code. Definitely want to be a part of the sipper club get a great deal and so many rewards. My whole meal came out to $9 I got the avocado bacon melt so delicious!

Well don't come here if you're actually hungry. Apparently this is my Chipotle Chicken Melt .... They just forgot to add idk everything? Idk what I'm supposed to do with 6 grams of chicken and some cilantro ... but yeah, great job. Ordered today. Got home and couldn't help but laugh.

The service and food was bad. I ordered online and picked up order glad I decided to eat in. They forgot my chips went up to counter to get, then they messed up my whole sandwich I customized it and they put everything I requested off sandwich on down to the wrong bread. When I went to advised seemed like I spoke to manager she looked up order and was throw away oh we see what u asked for, no apology nothing just slapped new sandwich together and gave it to me. I will never go here again terrible service

As a former employee of Panera I understand how crazy and busy it can be . With that being said this is my second time they have messed up my order . The first time my order was missing the cheese , had avocado on it after I didn't request it . The second time they forgot the cheese on my sandwich and the onion . Panera has gone up in price that last few years and my order comes out to around 14 dollars not including a drink or a tip . Panera I'm going to need y'all to get it together . I love the soups and sandwiches I just need y'all to get my order right lol .
