They can hire security guards that don't degrade people in the waiting rooms. There was a homeless man in there that they would not leave alone. So when I spoke up and told them to leave him alone. They threaten to throw me out and they did. They called the police and everything it was horrible. I was not loud. I was not obnoxious. I was not a Karen. I just told them to leave him alone and stop degrading them. It was making everyone uncomfortable they were horrible. They could have doctors that actually talked to you and not look at you like a bird that's gonna eat you in the emergency room. He was asking me questions and I could not speak. I was in so much pain.. He would not speak up so that I could hear him either. The whole experience there was beyond bizarre. My whole experience at this place was just horrible. Even when I went back to talk to somebody about it. All they sent was a charge nurse Who was obviously overworked overtired and had heard n f of this shit before. They could give a crap less about you or how you are treated here. They assume everybody is a drug addict. And they will not help you until you are piss tested. Not sure how many frequent fliers they have down there. But I can tell you this. They treat everybody like a criminal. It is terrible. Not a good place to go I think I would pass.

I had a wonderful experience with their billing department. They are very reasonable, accommodating and helpful. I also was admitted in June 2023 and the care was very good. They listen to my concerns and medications I couldn't take. I will continue to use Parkview for my care.

The staff is extremely rude. The nurse and doctor didn't explain anything they did. The doctor did not even ask if I was the correct patient nor did she say her name. She just started talking. I asked for a Spanish translator she brought back a receptionist who didn't translate what I said and then just left.

Nurses the work with Dr Ahmed Sayed put us under huge pressure to use Parke Vista pharmacy which obviously they have some type of deal with to send prescriptions and get free meal or something. We want there and had worst experience ever. Shame on medical team that is not ethical enough saying lies and false enough to make use change our pharmacy.

My mother went to this hospital in pain and the nurse who attended her just poked her for the IV and to draw blood and left her bruised on both arms . I do not recommend this hospital .

I had an overall great experience being tended to here. I came in with a hamstring injury and the lady working front desk named Jovita I believe made sure I was taken care of right away. They checked me out and had me out of here in no time. I am very grateful for the wonderful staff here!

Parkview Community Hospital gets an A+ from me. I had an outpatient arthroscopic procedure on my enlarged prostate and all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with including Karen in preadmitting, Brenda in admitting and Chris and Twie in Urgent Care ambulatory surgery. 0 star for this hospital . I took my mom go ER for diarrhea. We be there DR lee only order for the labs and CT scan . He don't give he any fluids and medicine for helping her . She keep go bathroom in 3 hours , she was shaking . I was upset I went out I yelled people there Another dr come I told him and he give her fluids and medicine after 4 hours there And Ultrasound. A nurse said she still don't know why DR Lee siding give my mom any thing for help . Finally result ultrasound showed my mom got infection and water in her kidney . They let my mom stay hospital they tell Me waiting in the lobby wait for they call . First call come they says now they had to chagne bed and clothes for my mom , I should back to the lobby wait they call . They didn't call me . I came back they say oh my mom now they take her in the room I can't visit wait until tomorrow . Ask a nurse what time he said 7 am . 7 am I came a lady front desk say oh visitor until 9 am . Bad service for the hospital

My wife had to go in for an induction for our sons birth. We went in on 12/27/2023 to the maternity ward. We had an amazing nurse help us named Anita in the delivery and labor area. She was the greatest nurse, giving us all the advice and knowledge of everything that encapsulated the induction process. Sadly, it was a failed induction, and a C section was done on the 29th. My son was born with the help of one of the best technicians named Queen (gave us so much love before and after). We then were in the postpartum area where we had 4 angel nurses that we couldn't ask for anyone better. The 1st night struggling with our newborn, night shift nurses Sonya and Robyn helped so much with teaching us the swaddling and any other pertinent info for taking care. In the morning we got Hailey and Natalie as our care nurses which we really loved their care and knowledge. They taught us how to wash him, care for him, and anything related to that. By the time we left on 12/31/2023 we couldn't have asked for better nurses. Thank you Parkview for having angels that not only do a great job but with compassion and care that shown through. If we have another child or anyone else does i hope u get these 6 staff members.

Unsatisfactory hospital. Dr Sahay does not update family or call when requested. Charge nurse, Edith, rude and unprofessional-too busy to answer family questions and annoyed when questions are asked. Nursing staff incompetent-central line and PIV dressings over due and soiled, do not flush PIV before administrating IV meds, do not turn patients, do not call family members back for updates, meals cold, do not help with exercising patients, and does not promptly answer call bells.

I have to say for an emergency room, I am truly impressed. I came here for my mother-in-law. As she was meeting with tbh triage nurse the doctor came in and started addressing her pain. He had great bedside manners. The nurse was great. An overall positive experience
