The owner was really rude, told me to go sit down when I asked for a fork. Up charged me and then said it was extra money for a to-go box. I’ve never been anywhere where they charge for to-go boxes. It is sad because I have been coming here for some time now, and the unkindness has been bearable but this time was too much.

Honestly disappointed at the female employee present tonight. We ordered two entrees and asked for containers to serve ourselves the seed sauce to take to go . She provided us with 2 pre filled packets. I asked for five more because we like our food spicy.She looked at me and said no . I told her I could pay for it and she said no and then proceeded to give me two packets when the other employee tried to step in . At that point I just decided to take it and leave. Definitely upsetting receiving bad customer service when you genuinely enjoy their food .

During my cold edition, December 2023 Pho Dj has been a life savior! It's delicious phos have kept me alive this ugly cold season. My favorite has been the Pho Ga ( chicken pho).I always call and a friendly voice takes my order, and in 5 to 10 minutes my delicious hot pho is ready. Luv it!!! The establishment is pretty plain, located in a plaza with limited parking ( a post office is located next door) but the food is delicious, in special if you don't feel well, like me , right now :(

Today I ordered Vietnamese iced coffee, with condensed milk as opposed to black (the menu gives you this choice). It was $4, plus 75¢ for paying with a card (yikes, my bad), and they could not take my Discover card but Visa was fine. It tasted good and made me happy. I love to see how different places make their Viet coffee. This place makes freshly crushed ice for your coffee, which fills the plastic cup to the top with ice. For me, I have a feeling I'm getting less liquid with this kind of ice but I haven't done any experimenting to confirm. I have eaten here before and enjoyed the spring rolls, too.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. We were sitting for at least 15 mins before someone came up to us telling us it's 7:30 rushing us to order( it was 7:15) , i immediately felt her rude attitude and wanted to leave but we decided to stay bc we didn't want to be rude. The food was flavorless and greasy, I'm aware we came in late BUT THE CUSTOMER service was AWFUL , IDC if you're closing soon there's no need to be rude to your customers, they could've denied us service as soon as we walked in if it was gonna be such an issue, we would've completely understood. Later that night my friend threw up and GOT FOOD POISONING!! NOT OKAY!! I hope this helps and saves someone else from going.

Over priced and the quality is horrible, they use sauces from the 99c store the salt and pepper shakers were disgustingly dirty and they charge 18% percent gratuity if you go with six people or more. But I don't think I ever ordered spring rolls that were made with lettuce and cucumbers and no pasta inside I was basically eating shrimp salad. She hands me the food like if I asked her for a ride to the airport on her day off.
The food is very good and came out really fast. The Vietnamese coffee is also very good I recommend this place a lot.

Customer service is the worse!!!Not recommended This man was arguing with me , about the peanut dip or what ever is called. NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT ORDER!!! Sucks !

Absolutely love there pho especially the beef pho. Everything is cooks to perfection and I am never disappointed. I even phone ordered food to go 15 mins before they closed and they we so kind as to accept my order and made it in less than 10 mins. Would highly recommend this pho to anyone who wants to eat some good pho!!! ? ? ?Vegetarian options: They have veggie broth and have a good portion of veggies.
