Opening hours here says 9am. The opening hours is now 9:30am but they did not update the business hours. The manager/server inside are so rude when I was asking if it is open. I would not come to this store ever in my life and if you don't wanna be scolded by any reason when you are just trying to enjoy a meal.

I love Pho Ha! The food is always great and its a great place to meet with friends. Sadly I will never be eating here again. Backstory: every time I go to Pho Ha I get an order of their beef spring rolls and I've never had any issues. This one day I walk in and order beef spring rolls to go. The waiter tells me they don't have beef spring rolls. Confused I let him know I ordered them last time and he was the one who served them to me. He told me they've never had beef spring rolls and that I must have ordered something else. He showed me on the menu that It might have been the pork. Mind you I don't eat pork and I told him i've tried the pork before and didn't enjoy it so I asked to make sure it wasn't the pork sausage. He replied "yeah yeah". After waiting I finally get my order. I look inside to see they gave me the exact thing I didn't want: the pork sausage. I go back in there to let them know I didn't want it and the waiter caught an attitude quick, yells and tells me that he showed them to me on the menu and that's what I ordered. He wouldn't let me get a refund and continued to yell saying since he showed it to me I can't have a refund. I reminded him that he literally served them to me last time and I had no idea why he was trying to lie so I just asked if I could replace it with the shrimp. Without another word he snatches the unopened spring rolls out of my hand and gets me a replacement. As I'm waiting I'm getting dirty stares from all the other employees like I did something wrong. He got me my replacement order and stormed off. I don't know what their problem is but the service and attitude of the employees is the worst i've ever experienced. Save yourself a trip and just go to Pho Ha #3 in Moreno Valley. Food and service is 1 million times better. I

The spring rolls and banh mi are delicious. I'll keep coming back for those alone. I've only done takeout but the staff is friendly. I didn't have to wait around for my order or anything.

I've only ordered to go and I've only gotten pho. This is the best pho I've tried in this area. I usually don't finish all the shrimp because a lot of times places over-cook it but not Pho Ha #7. I enjoy my Pho here every time I place an order.

Great service and atmosphere/ambience. Very cool interior. Pho was light on the meat, but the broth was good.

The Service and food at Pho Ha is never a fail. Delicious Pho and fried rice is always my go-to selection. I also love the Boba smoothies! My wife and I love this place.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant and I love coming here with my friends. The service is very fast and the food is always excellent. It is in a convenient location near UCR and has plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

Returned another time, appetizers are great but the bun bo hue is not that great. For appetizer we ordered banh beo ( steamed rice cake with fish sauce and pork grind ) and spring roll. Banh beo was very delicious, made fresh, and crunchy with the pork grind. Spring roll comes with lettuce to wrap it around and it is also very crunchy and fresh. For bun Bo hue I was disappointed, although the noodle texture is bouncy but the soup base is very oily and bland. Also the area is a little bit sketchy and we sit near the door, someone came across the window, put her face on the window right next to us and stare at us for 5 minutes, made us very uncomfortable, the staff saw it but they did nothing about it. Anyway, if you pay cash is 5% cheaper. Mixed feeling about the review.

The manager is a very rude and disrespectful person. I ordered the vegetarian pho and it taste very plain so I add sauce. But the man scolded me and said stop using so much sauce or he charge extra. He then charged me extra for using sauce just one saucer. How am I suppose to enioy the food if I can't use the sauce! I have been a customer here for 6 years and now I will never return because of this very rude manager. Weak sauce

Pho is bland, had to use extra sauce to make it more flavorful and they charged me extra for just sauce! On top of that the workers are particularly rude. Specifically the middle aged man, Chú, who will glare at you the entire time youre eating, making it difficult to eat in peace.

The service is fast, there are a lot of customer when we came in. We ordered the big bone soup and it is indeed huge, they give us scissors to cut the meat out. The bone marrow in the big bone soup is very juicy. The banh beo ( Vietnamese steamed rice cake with pork grinds on top ) is very delicious.Would recommend this place! It is near UCR.
