I had this place for the first time and it was good! I ordered #4 the noodle portion was a bit small (I’m a 5”3 college student that doesn’t eat a lot). The soup was a bit salty for me, they were really generous for the meat portion! I’d definitely come back in the future and probably order #1 which is their XL bowl and only $1 more! That way I can eat it for 2 meals haha

I visited Phở Vinam with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming due to the service. After being seated, we were completely ignored and had to flag down a server for assistance. When a server finally came to our table, their demeanor was far from welcoming. It seemed as though they were uninterested in serving us, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Regrettably, this lack of attention and courtesy prompted us to leave the restaurant. While I cannot comment on the food, the service aspect definitely needs improvement.

We have been here so many times but on our last visit it smelt like a sewage leak i mean really bad the whole Restaurant stank. And for the first time the food was not good. It tasted off and was not very hot. The egg rolls were good but next time we come in hope it will be better otherwise we might have to find a new place.

I've been going to Pho Vinam for years! Hands down the best Pho in Riverside. The building might not be tip top shape but I could care less about the atmosphere. I love that I can call ahead of time to place my order and have it ready to go when I get there. 10/10. Would highly recommend.

It's been a while since our last visit. We recently gave it another try and I stand corrected. I appreciate that they changed the receipts to an itemized list of what you're paying for. Nothing to hide and out in the open. A complete 180 from a previous visit. The food was soothing. This place hasn't changed in appearance, hard working staff or placement of table condiments. You can reminisce about coming here while you went to college at UCR and years later come back to visit and it'll still be the same place you once remembered. Familiar faces all while enjoying that same great pho. It has once again captured me as a returning customer. So glad to see improvements for the better. With a line formed at the door the continued patronage keeps this place alive and thriving.

I have been here 5 times now, their is nothing wrong with this place. The food is quick, the atmosphere is amazing, it is never too busy. The food is not expensive, but actually cheaper than even places like Del Taco now a days. And you get a big bowl that usually is two servings, so it is even cheaper!The environment feels authentic, it doesn't feel fake. I go here anytime I want to eat out but don't want to pay a 60 dollars. I am genuinely grateful to have this place near me, no matter how I feel if I wanted to eat out and was unsure this is the place I would go.Vegetarian options: Many options without meat.Parking: It is a parking area that is free only if your their for 2 hours which is basically stating its free parking.

This was my first visit. I was treated like family. The food was exceptional. It was very busy with customers but the atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxed and comfortable wich was an enjoyable experience. I would return again with friends.Wheelchair accessibility: There was wheelchair parking for me outside of restaurant.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat down outside, lady brought out the menu and water. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order and no one ever came out. Go to Pho Ha #7 down the street instead. They actually give you good service and food.
