Employee wouldn’t accept EBT over the phone due to management even though I ALWAYS pay over the phone. When asked to speak to the manager which I never do but I just wanted to know their reasoning since I can pay with my debit or credit card over the phone but all of a sudden not EBT? “Jasmine”, the manager said she was too busy…. Never heard of a manager that’s too busy to address a customer concern. Ive never left a negative review in my life. “Jasmine” should absolutely not be in a manager role. Didn’t even bother to say a word when I went and picked up the pizza. Made us go home after work to get the card for no reason other than… I don’t know. They wouldn’t give a reason.

FYI: You get charged an extra "service fee" even with carry-out. Out the door, 2 basic pizzas came out to $37. Also horrible service at the counter. Also, not so great pizza. Not sure what happened to Pizza Hut in the last few years but I'd put it at the bottom of the list.
Always ready by the estimated time. Always is delicious. Plus kind courteous staff during each one of my visits.

We went to this Pizza Hut 2 hours before closing and the doors were locked yet people were inside. Also, there was other people outside trying to get in as well. They let a few people in at once and then locked the doors. The only way to get inside was to let someone else who was inside order the pizza for you. Once we were in, we were finally able to get the pizza. But still I've never experienced this before because this place closes at 12am. If they really wanted to close early then they should've put it on their website or at least answered their phone when I called before and asked if they were still opened.
