After visiting this, establish many times before today's visit, I found somewhat offensive. Veronica, the so-called manager, with much too much make up and Alfredo. We're sitting and talking about truckers as they came in to take their showers in a negative way. I believe they may need corporate sensitivity training because these people spend time away from their families to make sure America keeps going. Do better with your hiring process flying Jay.

Seems like all pilots here in California are ran by stuck up power hungry people with the social life of a teenager!!They are all friends so even if an employee us rude as hell for no reason they'll listen with a smile on their face knowing very well they are not even going to address the issue with the employee. Now the Mira Loma location wont even let you park for more than 2hrs before you get threatened to be towed...yes that goes for truck drivers too!!! So much for pilot being appreciative of us drivers. I got told today it was a driver that broke a water line so now we all have to suffer...WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON PILOT??? this company doesn't give a damn about drivers, let alone, anyone else. Good luck to anyone stepping in their doors or parking in the parking lot. They like to yell at you as if you are an ignorant child here so just know this because it will probably happen visiting this location.

Evonne is a BAD A**** Very welcoming and when line got longe she jumped on was two registers and had the best attitude. GET IT GIRL!!

Good gas station lots of pumps good coffee. The Wendy's inside the gas station however is a hit and miss. The last time I went in I ordered a salad walked over to the other side got my coffee pre paid for gas walked back and still no salad. In fact my order had disappeared. No one made it I had to ask what was taking so long then all of a sudden someone started to put it together. By the time I got to the pump it I'd timed out and I had to go back to the cashier. 3 out of 5 times they forget some kind of condiment. So I would recommend the gas station but if you go to Wendy's check your order.

I like that they have free wifi and power outlets in the wendys restaurant that you can charge your phone at. I've been traveling and it's not always easy to keep my phone charged and I don't have a car charger. I appreciate it because Loves charges for wifi.

I stopped by to purchase a classic roll from Cinnabon. I asked the cashier if she can warm it up. She refused and said they're on a hot sheet. My classic roll was hard and cold very disappointing.

Outside the flying j, being on road I have my fair share of flying j and the rest of them. This flying j seems a little small. For auto they don't have that many pumps and it's one way in and one way out. I've seen biggies ones for sure. While coming back to Cali google did not pick up this flying j location, if we would have never looked up we would have passed this one and went to the one that's a couple miles away. Do better google geeze. Glade we found it because I we needed DEF but we will not get gas from this place diesel prices here is way too high especially in Cali.

Worst truck stop I've ever been to management does nothing about enforcing parking people park anywhere they want. Including working pumps they even water down the lemonade drinks here. I live close and use this place same they do nothing. And the bathrooms don't even get me started on them.

Very clean restrooms, The Wendy's is always open with lunch and breakfast available. All good is cooked well. The showers are clean as well. They have lots of snacks and miscellaneous items that you might need for the road.
Ok so last nite I showered here and as I was getting my things together to exit the showers the power went out for about 30-60 seconds. I opened the door to see if all the lights were out and I quickly gathered my things, and i walked out and the shower girl/ cleaner was right there in the hall. She told me to leave the door opened as she headed towards me so I did. And shortly afteri realized I left my diamond ring on the counter and now it's just gone forever. I went back today and she tells me that she immediately left after me vcuz she wasn't feeling well. And that someone else cleaned the shower after I left. Her boss never mentioned the gurl leaving at that moment or anything. He just said I talked to her but she said she never saw a ring on the counter.... well how one he didn't ask whoever cleaned it then!!! The daytime manager was so rude about it..saying she didnt know what I was Talking about !!! That's it He never mentioned that she left right behind me or that someone else was cleaning instead!!! WTH!!! That's it no trying to locate the shower cleaning person or any other effort !! She has bright RED hair and looks sketchy AF ....she happened to leave work as she was heading straight to the shower to clean it....but never went inside she says.....come on...look at the cameras or something..... !!

Hands down the best shower I had at a truck stop. Clean towels that actually smells good! Friendly staff with safety oriented.

Are used to love the flying J and a simile did like pilot know they combined I hate them both I don't know how that merger all works but this new app they have Feels like they launched it to you soon and didn't tell credit card companies or The banks because he got flagged by fraud twice They have their music at 11 it's so freaking loud you can't even hear yourself I have my noise canceling iPod pros in and it's like it's in my head shame on them
